- The prices and availability of holiday rentals and properties may change. The final ones are those of the booking process or those we confirm to you.
- The prices, opening hours and details in the travel guides are those given by their official sources on the date of each guide, and may change. Before you go, it is best to check them on each place’s website.
The service. INCA RENTALS S.L. does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements, and is not responsible for any damage they may cause to users’ devices; each user should have tools to detect them. The website also depends on third-party services, such as telecommunications networks and hosting, so it may be unavailable at times; INCA RENTALS S.L. is not responsible for any damage caused by such failures or disconnections.
Links to other websites. The website links to others: the booking engine, social networks, WhatsApp, Google Maps and the official websites cited in the guides. INCA RENTALS S.L. does not control their content and is not liable for it, unless it has actual knowledge that it is unlawful and fails to remove the link with due diligence (article 17 of the LSSI).
