Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
Located in the idyllic Springs Valley, Villa Las Lagunas de Azahar is an impressive 340 m² property that combines the charm of a century-old house with modern amenities. Restored by a renowned architect, this villa is situated in a private nature reserve of 55,000 m², surrounded by a spectacular landscape with lakes, avocado orchards and pine forests. Its access is through an asphalted road and a short unpaved stretch of 200 metres, which leads to this "hidden valley" full of peace and natural beauty. 🦅🌳
The villa has 6 bedrooms distributed across three independent houses, with capacity for up to 14 people. The first two houses are included by default, while the third is opened from the 9th adult person onwards, with a price supplement. This makes it the perfect option for large groups or large families who wish to enjoy space and privacy.
The main accommodation offers a spacious living room with television and dining area connected to an outdoor terrace with pool views. The modern and fully equipped American kitchen has high-quality appliances: refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, among others, so you can prepare your meals with comfort. On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor, a private lounge connects to the main bedroom, which has air conditioning and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. 🛏️🍽️
The jewel of this villa is its wonderful Roman-style swimming pool, with wide and gentle stairs, perfect for children and elderly people. It is surrounded by extensive Mediterranean gardens, a true oasis of tranquility with sun loungers and natural shade for sunny days. The situation of the Villa is at the end of a z bend road down into The Valley. After the first time, which is a bit daunting, you get used to it. There’s nothing else negative to be said. It’s well situated, very private. The fixtures and fittings are solid and sofas and beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels for indoors and also pool towels. Beautiful grounds with various trees and flowers, not quite overlooking the lake below. Safe for children. It was great for our two families as big house A is the main living space however house B means children can sleep separately with their parents so more restful for everyone. Lovely terrace area and photo opportunities on every corner. I am so glad we found this property as we enjoyed a fantastic week there, not needing to go out daily as it was so restful staying in.

Il faut distinguer le lieu des services proposés.La maison, l'environnement, la tranquilité, les prestations en eux-même sont juste parfaits. La maison est bien entretenue, très bien équipée, bien climatisée et très confortable.La piscine est magique (19m x 6m) et totalement conforme aux photos.Maintenant le point épineux : Le service proposé par l'agence. La on tombe dans du très moyen de gamme. Ca a commencé à l'arrivée par un retard de la personne de l'agence (30mn) qui en prime découvrait la maison en même temps que nous. La prise en main du domaine (3 maisons dont la principale) fut expédiée en 10mn. On y rajoute 5mn pour le paiement de la caution, et nous voila livré à nous-même dans une propriété de 5ha.Lorsque nous constatons que le plus gros probleme de la maison est la gestion de l'eau chaude, l'agence nous envoie un plombier (relativement sans-gêne, sans bonjour et entrant partout sans frapper et avec des explications laoniques). A ce moment la, rien n'a été réglé. Puis l'agence nous fourni le téléphone direct des VRAIS gestionnaires du domaine. A ce moment la, la machine s'est mise en route et, sans avoir réglé le probleme d'eau chaude totalement, on fait en sorte que nous puissions avoir un fonctionnement à peu pres normal.Puis nous avons continué à échanger avec les gestionnaires sans plus aucun rapport avec l'agence, devenue inutile.A ce niveau attendu de service, au vu du prix conséquent, nous nous attendions à plus d'attention pour avoir loué la totalité du domaine pendant 2 semaines. Aucun changement de linge, ni draps, ni ménage n'a été réalisé pendant notre séjour. On aurait pu s'attendre (comme cela a toujours été lors de nos précédents séjours de même durée dans d'autres endroits), avoir au moins un rénouvellement complet de linge et le ménage fait après 1 semaine.Autre chose à noter, il devrait etre automatique, lorsqu'on loue la maison, à ce tarif, dans sa totalité, de pouvoir accéder, sans surcout, aussi bien au Sauna, qu'au Jacuzzi (vide lors de notre séjour).Bref, hormis ces désagrément de services, la maison fait oublier pas mal de choses. Allez-y mais soyez attentifs aux services.
