This spectacular villa located on the outskirts of Coín offers a unique setting for families and groups seeking comfort and nature. With a 20-metre private pool ideal for swimmers, the property stands out for its special architectural design and spaces designed for family enjoyment. The location is unbeatable: just 15 minutes by car from the La Trocha shopping centre, with easy access to services, leisure and dining. Additionally, it is well connected to attractions such as El Caminito del Rey, the Picasso Museum in Málaga and the Alcazaba, as well as nearby cities like Marbella and Málaga. Málaga airport is 40 minutes away, facilitating arrival.
LOCATION
The villa is located on a fenced plot surrounded by citrus plantations, with natural paths ideal for walking, cycling routes and bird watching. Access is simple, through a compact dirt road that leads to the parking area and an outdoor area equipped for leisure: barbecue with pergola and lawn area with sunbeds for sunbathing. The large swimming pool (20x5 metres) is perfect for doing lengths and keeping fit, and has an outdoor bathroom with shower for greater comfort. At night, the ambient lighting in the barbecue area creates a special atmosphere.
The interior of the villa impresses with its high ceilings with wooden details and a rustic and harmonious decoration. The main entrance, flanked by replicas of Terracotta warriors, leads to a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, television and balanced lighting that invites relaxation. The adjacent dining room, with a high-quality wooden table, is the perfect place to enjoy family meals, with the option of eating on the outdoor terrace that offers views of the river and the valley.
The kitchen is designed with high-end materials and equipped with modern appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and juicer, designed to facilitate food preparation and create special moments with family.
The accommodation has five bedrooms for up to 8 people, distributed in three interior rooms with access to the terrace and two exterior rooms that are rented as extra spaces with a supplement. The bedrooms maintain a rustic style with wood and have an en-suite bathroom; two of the rooms with individual beds share a bathroom, and the other two have double beds. All offer space to store luggage safely and neatly.
An interior courtyard with a tree provides natural shade and a cosy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing in summer or enjoying illuminated nights. In addition, the villa has central heating available upon request and with a supplement, ensuring comfort during your stay.

We enjoyed the rural feeling of the place there are orange trees and animals everywhere. We definitely hope to be back!

The house is lovely. The pool is great and the neighbour living downstairs (Peter) will help where he can when you need help. During our stay we had a forest fire quite close. The in between broker did not helpinform us. The neighbour did! He gave us comfort and was right. The broker was in panic.The house is new as a rental and shows signs of use from former owners. Musquito nets in all doors are not really working anymore so better use the airco.Airco's are new and in every room, perfect!Beaches and restaurants at 40 mins drive.Airport really close.I left the next tenants some good knives. If you like cooking, the kitchen is not really convenient ,)Pool and palmtrees make the outside great. Bbq is very pleasant too. Lots of seats and nice interior. Perfect family place.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von sechs Personen zu Gast in dieser schön gelegenen, toll ausgestatteten Unterkunft.Zu unserer Freude liegt die Unterkunft leicht abgelegen und ist umgeben von Plantagen. Den Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool und schönen Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir ausgiebig genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Bei Fragen und Problemen stand der Plantagenbetreiber, der auf der Rückseite der Unterkunft im Untergeschoss wohnt, stets freundlich zur Verfügung.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Magnifique maison. Le garde qui habite en dessous de la maison (peter) est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Ses chiens sont adorables, nous qui adorons les animaux c’est super, ils nous rendaient visite une fois par jour plus ou moins, ils assurent une certaine sécurité étant donné que la maison est située au milieu de la campagne ( le cadre est très agréable d’ailleurs) .La piscine est vraiment incroyable et bien rafraîchissante. Les seuls petits défauts de la maison sont les équipements très basiques et le fait qu’avoir une voiture sur place est quasi obligatoire. Nous avons passés un super séjour.
