Discover this magnificent house in a quiet urbanisation in Coín, perfect for enjoying the province of Málaga with all the comfort you deserve. With capacity for 6 people and three bedrooms, this family home combines spacious and cosy spaces with a private pool that is sunny and safe, ideal for the little ones to have fun under your direct supervision from the living-dining room.
The house, with two floors, offers a functional and pleasant design: on the ground floor you will find a living-dining room equipped with a fireplace, 32" Smart TV, centralized air conditioning (except kitchen), and a toilet. The kitchen is independent, modern and fully equipped with quality appliances (induction, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, among others), and has a laundry area. Communication between kitchen and dining room makes it easy to organize your meals with total comfort.
Going up the stairs, you will discover three bedrooms, all with access to a private terrace and spacious wardrobes. One of them includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom; the second has two single beds and the third a double bed. The centralised air conditioning also covers this floor to ensure your rest at any time of the year.
The plot of the accommodation is fully fenced and includes an entrance porch and outdoor furniture next to the pool, so you can enjoy moments of relaxation and gastronomy outdoors. The urbanisation is spacious, quiet and with green areas perfect for walking or resting. The parking is located on the access ramp next to the gate, offering convenience for your vehicle.
The house also has free internet connection, optional central heating (check prices), fireplace, garden, garage in the same building and other details for a full stay.
Located in a strategic location, you will be a few kilometres from multiple attractions: golf courses (Alhaurín and Lauro Golf), water parks (Aquamijas and Aqualand Torremolinos), sandy and rocky beaches in Fuengirola and Marbella, vibrant cities such as Málaga and Marbella, and natural spaces like the Juanar Refuge or the Caminito del Rey. We stayed at this house during autum break, and it was honestly one of the best trips ever. The house is super cozy,. There’s a big living room where we all hung out, and the bedrooms were really comfy. We loved the pool area even though it was a bit cold to swim. We grilled burgers one night, and it was awesome. Also, the town nearby had the best churros I’ve ever tasted.
