Description
Family accommodation in Benalmádena, with private pool, beautiful partial views of the sea, close to businesses, beaches and access to roads to get to know the entire province of Malaga. Close to public transport.
With a three-story architecture, you will enjoy spacious and cozy accommodation, where you will have spaces to be with your family and create the memories that your vacation deserves. Easy parking on the same street as the accommodation (no parking is possible inside the plot). Air conditioning in all rooms (except kitchen and bathrooms).
Accommodation subject to prior payment of deposit. The amount will be refunded once the accommodation has been verified by the owners. The refund is executed 48 hours after your departure.
EXTERIOR OF THE ACCOMMODATION: POOL AND BARBECUE AREA
It will have a nice swimming pool, with easy access via steps. The garden furniture in this outdoor area will allow you to always keep an eye on the little ones in the house. You can access this space through the external staircase or through direct access to the basement. It will be very comfortable for you to use the bathroom on this floor or enjoy the games or activities you can do there.
You will enjoy this outdoor area, as a family and individually, with a comfortable barbecue space, and a nice shade with sail-shaped awnings that you can enjoy with your family. The owner also has inflatable figures for the pool and a removable badminton net with which he can do some exercise, thus complementing the home gym that is available in the basement.
GROUND FLOOR: ENTRANCE, OUTDOOR TERRACES, LIVING-DINING ROOM, TOILET AND KITCHEN
At your entrance, in the outdoor area, you will have two entrances (one of them with a staircase) that will take you along the façade of the house towards the outdoor terraces (which communicate with the living room and kitchen) and towards the pool area. .
Entering through the main door, we have a hall or hall, where we will have access to the living room, the kitchen and the stairs that will take us to the first floor or the basement. There is also a toilet in this space.
The living room is spacious, with a dining table and sofa area where you can watch television as a family. This living room, as we mentioned previously, has ample access to the outdoor terrace, where you will have outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy the lunches you prepare with your family.
You can prepare these lunches in a large and beautiful kitchen. Presided over by an island that will be the center of family conversations and laughter. It has a wide range of appliances and kitchenware, as well as a small side table that is ideal for feeding the little ones in the house. You will also have great storage for your food.
FIRST FLOOR: BEDROOMS, BATHROOM
Going up the wide and firm stairs, we will find 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower in the common area and the second with a bathtub, this one is en suite in one of the bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1: Equipped with two single beds, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and individual wardrobe. Spacious, bright, on clear days you will have sea views through the window. It has air conditioning.
BEDROOM 2: Equipped with two single beds, two windows that give it a beautiful natural clarity, air conditioning and space to store your luggage in a comfortable and orderly way..BEDROOM 3: Equipped with a single bed, it has access to a large terrace with beautiful views. It has air conditioning and space to store your luggage in a comfortable and orderly manner.
BEDROOM 4: Equipped with a single bed, it has exterior windows, air conditioning and space to store your luggage in a comfortable and orderly manner.
The windows are double-glazed, which will isolate you from noise and maintain the ideal temperature in the rooms. Remember to use the electrical elements of the accommodation responsibly.
BASEMENT
Going down the stairs from the hall (we also have access through the pool area) we will have a basement space, although very clear.
You should know that the ceilings are very high and at this time elements such as pipes are exposed, it does not pose any danger to any of the occupants.
In this open basement space, we can find one more bedroom, in which we will have a bunk bed, a double bed and a crib. Adjacent to this bedroom we will have a bathroom with a shower.
The rest of the room is distributed in a small family gym, a television area and a dining table. All these elements will serve as support for your pool and barbecue moments.
It will also have children's items, board games and other accessories so that, as a family, you can have fun times and good memories.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.

Nice 3 storey villa. Good outside BBQ and eating area. Spacious kitchen with lovely terraced area for eating on 1st floor. Bedroom sizes decent but not much space for 8 people to enjoy the sunshine outside. Only 4 sun loungers & 45 reclined chairs - not great if everyone wants to lie down. Unfortunately the dishwasher didn’t work although the owners did try to help on two occasions. Great location near old town but Villa on Steeper hill than expected. Would not recommend for those with mobility issues if no car. Taxi rank at top of this hill were very responsive &cost approx €12 to marina. Communication was great prior to stay and during the first couple of days. Unfortunately communication with Cubos homes rep has been non existent since and 13 days later we are still trying to retrieve our deposit. Cubos homes themselves have replied to my messages but unfortunately they have not been able to resolve this deposit issue either & appear to have stopped communicating with me.

Really lovely villa with everything you need. The outside area was perfect with a dining table, sunbeds, and a beautiful pool. The local area was so nice and had restaurants/bars, although there is a big hill to walk up if you choose to walk. We got Ubers frequently due to this, but could not recommend the Villa and Benalmadena enough. Huge recommendations and we would love to come back.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and well equipped, the rep from the agency met us on arrival and gave us some very useful information about the area, shops, taxis, buses etc., lovely pool and barbeque area, perfect for a family or anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, 10/15 minute walk to the beautiful old town of Pueblo, only downside was that the area around it is very hilly but the local taxi service are excellent and not overly expensive, thank you Rosa from Cubo's and the lovely couple who own the villa !
