Villa Huerta de las Rosas is a luxury farmhouse with history dating back to 1890, completely renovated in 2021 to combine its rustic charm with modern amenities. Located on a private plot of 1,300 m², this holiday villa with a private pool offers an ideal space to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends. The property stands out for its sunny outdoor pool, surrounded by gardens, a pergola with a table for outdoor dining and a covered area with a barbecue and support kitchen for unforgettable moments. The little ones have their own independent children's park, ensuring fun for everyone. The private and landscaped access provides a welcome of tranquillity, privacy and elegance.

Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a reception area, a living room with a fireplace and Smart TV, an independent kitchen with dining area and a spacious full bathroom. On the upper floor, there are 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 2 with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower, all air-conditioned and with double glazing for optimal thermal and acoustic insulation. Additionally, the villa offers free Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation and ample private parking, facilitating comfort and connectivity during your stay. It is located just 5 minutes by car from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, allowing you to combine rural relaxation with proximity to services and activities.

The property is stunning, the location is amazing and handy for lots to do not too far away. This is a lovely home and ideal for a large family with all the home comforts to make for an enjoyable stay. Cubos were good at replying and keeping me informed before and after the holiday. The check in was smooth and the welcome was lovely by Alejandro and we felt at home right away. The pool is superb with a stunning elevated view and plenty of sunbeds. The outside dining, with handy second kitchen and large BBQ are brilliant, we ate outside every night and the addition of a 2nd large fridge freezer and second dish washer was most welcome. Mercadona will deliver from their website (not app) which is a life saver. The bus stops in both directions are right outside the gate and regular buses are cheap and not far to the towns either side which are both lovely. I highly recommend this home and I hope we can visit again in the future. (Make sure you visit Mijas its stunning)

The outside chairs in the dining area need replacing (It didn't spoil anything but they are fairly worn out) The shades by the pool could be improved (Again didn't spoil anything but many days were hot so some members had to move around quite a bit) Don't bother with Dia for delivery they couldn't find the place (same address as given to Mercadona), didnt call me and then said they couldn't try again for over a week. It took 2 weeks to get my money back so stick with Mercadona they were great.

One the first day an aircon unit leaked onto the Wi-Fi router and it took almost a full week to be repaired but that didn’t really impact our holiday. The kitchens had lots of utensils, plates, glasses etc but they could have been a little cleaner.

We had an amazing 7 days at this Villa. The pool, villa and all amenities were exceptional. The two enormous (brand new) fridge freezers, the wealth of pots and pans, crockery and equipment. Coffee maker etc made our stay very comfortable. The air conditioning in each room was also very welcome given the temperature outside. Close enough to the town to grab a taxi in to the supermarketto local restaurants but also the villa is on the main drag into town and there is a bus stop right outside the villa with busses running every 20 minutesso. Perfect for a family holiday away from it all.

We had the most phenomenal holiday here, what a house! The whole house was immaculate and there was so much space. We were 3 familes (2 couples with two children each and then my parents) and the house easily accomodated us.The lovely owner popped round to meet us and encouraged us to help ourselves to the oranges and avocado's in the garden. The swimming pool was perfect, honestly the photos don't do this place justice.Just one thing to note - it wasn't easy to find. Make sure you follow the GPS on the welcome message from your host rather than the address.We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time at the house. We were four couples and three babies and the house didn’t feel crowded at all. The kitchens were very well equipped (including two refrigerators) and the bbq area was very spacious. Air conditioning worked well in every room and common areas and the park for children was great. Great communication with host, who was very accommodating. We asked for three cribs and three high chairs for the children and they provided all. The swimming pool area was very comfortable and well preserved. Highly recommended!

Nous avons apprécié le jardin et la vue sur les montagnes ainsi que l’aire de jeu pour les enfants. Le mobilier du jardin ( chaises utour de la piscine) sont comfortables.Literie également de qualité. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine à La Huerta de las Rosas!

Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Der Check In lief gut ab einzig würde ich den nächsten Gästen empfehlen schon im Vorab die genaue Adresse zu erfragen. Vor allem wenn man ein Mietauto bucht. Außerdem waren zwei der Sonnenschirme kaputt, aber ansonsten hat es uns super gut gefallen. Durch die hohen Decken ist es nicht so heiß im Haus. Mein Sohn hatte viel Spaß mit dem kleinen Spielplatz am Haus und der Grill ist mehr als ausreichend um 8-10 Personen schnell zu versorgen.

Wij hebben een top verblijf gehad bij villa Rosas. De dag van aankomst was wat rommelig omdat onze vlucht in de ochtend al aankwam en we pas om 15:00u konden inchecken. We kregen pas de locatie van het huis toen we er om vroegen, dit had ik liever wat pro actiever gezien. Verder was de host ruim een kwartier te laat met inchecken waardoor we lang voor de poort van het huis stonden te wachten, dat was minder. Het huis zelf is echt geweldig, schoon, groot, mooie speeltoestellen voor de kinderen en een groot en schoon zwembad. Het enige puntje van feedback is dat enkele bedjes bij het zwembad erg versleten/kapot waren en wat tegeltjes van het zwembad los zaten.De omgeving is rustig en alles is wel een stukje rijden met de auto maar dat wisten we van te voren. Het huis is erg geschikt voor kinderen door het afgesloten zwembad en de speeltoestellen.Wij zouden het zo nog een keer boeken en zijn erg tevreden!

Unsere Erwartungshaltung an diesen besonderen Urlaub wurde nicht enttäuscht. Von der Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Alle Schlafzimmer mit Smart TV, besonders wichtig für die jüngere Generation. Die Abwicklung über die Agentur war ebenfalls perfekt. Keine Wartezeiten und eine flexible Abwicklung. Natur, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und unterschiedliche Ausflugsziele sind im Umfeld schnell zu erreichen. Zusammengefasst, ein super Urlaub !

Wij zijn met 2 stellen hier geweest. Onwijs mooi huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk zwembad en een mooie locatie en een heerlijke tuin waar wij avocado's en sinaasappels konden plukken. Goede communicatie! Echt een aanrader!!!

Een prachtige woning met alle comfort.Alles was heel schoon. Er zijn ruim voldoende handdoeken aanwezig, ook voor het zwembad.Er is een groot speeltoestel voor de kinderen waar veel gebruik van werd gemaakt. Ze vonden het geweldig. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met ons gezin.
