Accommodation consisting of a ground floor and first floor, ideal for families who want a large garden plot to enjoy with the little ones in the house.
You will enjoy intimacy and privacy thanks to a fully fenced plot with wide entrance access for your vehicle and pedestrian access.
At your entrance you can enjoy the beauty and harmony of the environment, the plot is not only fenced but also has a perimeter of leafy trees that gives you the necessary privacy you want on your vacation.
You can sunbathe, rest in the hammocks under the shade of the umbrellas or trees and enjoy the large pool that gives it that blue touch among so much green.
A small construction on the right side of the house houses a built-in barbecue, you can enjoy it under the entrance porch to the house and always have the little ones in the house under surveillance.
At your entrance, a beautiful hall leads you to a spacious living room with fireplace, elegant, pleasant and with excellent furniture, it will provide you with beautiful moments during your vacation, connected to a spacious, bright kitchen equipped with everything you need so you can prepare your lunches comfortably. You will have plenty of space to house your belongings in an orderly manner.
On this ground floor we will also find a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom in the common area with a shower.
The upper floor is accessed via a wooden staircase, with wide steps and easy to climb. The route of this staircase is embellished by small accesses of natural light that will give it a pleasant sensation.
This upper floor offers a rest area and access to the accommodation's two terraces, one facing north where you will enjoy the afternoon sun and the other facing south where we can have a general view of the pool and gardens. You will be able to enjoy a particular rest in these spaces.
On this upper floor you will have three bedrooms, two with a double bed and a third with two single beds, all with windows to the outside that give them light and with a beautiful architecture that shelters the spaces. You will also have space to store your luggage neatly.
You will also have on this upper floor, in the common area, a bathroom with a shower.

Cutlery and crockery from different sets, doesn’t match and would be insufficient quantity for 10 guests (luckily we were only 6). We had a lovely, peaceful holiday here.

We had an amazing time at Villa Gardens, the property and surroundings were very spacious, pool a lot larger than expected, children and adults enjoyed using it daily.Hosts were very responsive and assisted us with any queries we had (only issues were filling up pool with more water and the gates to the property), only negative would be a little more property could do with some little upgrades but this did not affect the quality of our stay, would certainly recommend. Property is in a quiet peaceful area, short drive (10 mins) to local shops, Aldi, Lidl, McDonald’s, 30 minute drive to all other tourist areas such as beaches, great location!!! Beautiful villa inside and out. It was very clean and had everything we needed in there. Typical Spanish look. The receptionist that showed us around when we arrived was a lovely lady. She settled us in perfectly and was very helpful. It has a very large garden with an amazing pool that we went in every day. The kids loved it! They had sun loungers around the pool too which was very handy. The villa was in a nice area with a few houses nearby but we didn’t hear any unwelcome noises from them. In fact it was very peaceful. The supermarkets were very close but you would definitely need a car to get around. It was around 30-35 minutes to drive from Malaga airport. There was a good air conditioning system there that was well needed. Lovely terrace with plenty of room to sit. The whole family had such a great time there, in fact, we didn’t want come home! Would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

A fantastic villa not far from Coín and Alhaurin el Grande yet very private. The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the outside spaces, the kids loved the pool and spent most of their time in it! We felt really safe and the area is really quiet. Great service from the agents and thank you to the owner for letting us rent their property.

Su ubicación es muy buena si estás buscando algo apartado, sin ruido y sin molestar a vecinos ya que están las casas de los vecinos relativamente lejos. Llevo dos años yendo a la casa y nunca hemos molestado ni hemos escuchado ruido alguno. Su ubicación la hace perfecta porque tienes los tres pueblos más cercanos a diez minutos cada uno, al sur, este y oeste: alhaurin el grande, cartama y Coín. Y luego a media hora de las zonas más turísticas como Malaga, Marbella y Fuengirola. La casa es grande, las habitaciones también lo son, con aires acondicionados en todas las estancias, con barbacoa independiente con sus comodidades, piscina y zona de verde
