Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.

Enjoy a modern and cosy villa of 250 m² with capacity for 8 people, located just 3 km from Alhaurín el Grande. This recently built property offers a private and peaceful environment, surrounded by nature with impressive views of the sierra. In its spacious outdoor areas you will find a private swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ with a maximum depth of 1.60 metres, perfect for the enjoyment and safety of the little ones, as well as a gas barbecue and sun loungers ☀️, creating the ideal setting for unforgettable family moments.

The plot is completely fenced and has two covered parking spaces and additional uncovered spaces. In addition, it has a charging station for electric cars 🚗⚡, an extra convenience for those traveling with this type of vehicle. The south-north orientation of the house allows enjoying natural light from dawn to dusk, with private terraces in each bedroom to relax and contemplate the landscape.

Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, a reception area with reading and meeting spaces, an independent dining room next to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) 🍳, and a living room with a large sofa and television to share family moments or enjoy free Wi-Fi for teleworking or digital entertainment. It also has a full bathroom with a shower tray and a laundry room to keep clothes up to date.

The upper floor houses four double bedrooms, each with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower tray, television and air conditioning with heat pump ❄️🔥. Two bedrooms face north and two face south, all with a private terrace equipped to enjoy a coffee or the sun in an intimate setting.

Almost a perfect holiday - the Villa is fantastic, large, clean, great pool which was maintained every couple of days and so much outdoor area for the kids to play. All four bedrooms were identical, all have balconies, and en suites which was fantastic for everyone to have their own space. The weather during our stay was incredibly warm so the air conditioning was welcome at night (although the electricity sometimes struggled to cope, but we were warned about this by our host up when we arrived.) What stopped it being the perfect holiday? Really small details, no local information pack available, one of the 5 Sun loungers was broken so there wasn’t enough for all of us to use at the same time, no tea towels provided in the kitchen to dry dishes (maybe I should’ve packed some, but I didn’t think to). If it wasn’t for these small details, it would definitely be a 5 star property, thanks for a lovely holiday!!

Lovely big villa with plenty of room for all 8 of us who stayed. The views from the garden are beautiful and the outside area is great for relaxing and eating outside. The pool was great but as expected a little cold in October. You must have a car to get around as it’s a rural location but this adds to the relaxation. The villa is new and needs a few things refining hence giving a 4 star review instead of 5. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. La casa es como se describe y se ve en las fotos. Es espaciosa, limpia y muy bien decorada. La piscina es sin duda lo que más nos gustó. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila pero no muy lejos de los servicios necesarios (tiendas, aeropuerto, etc.). La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fácil y puntual. Ha sido una experiencia recomendable.
