The fully equipped kitchen offers stunning views, making it an ideal space to enjoy cooking. Additionally, the spacious living-dining room with a fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere.

Outside, there is an independent summer kitchen equipped with a griddle, stove, fridge, and all the necessary amenities to prepare and enjoy wonderful outdoor dinners.

For entertainment, the villa features a recreational area with basketball hoops, a beach volleyball court with sand, and a futsal goal, all on a dirt surface.
