Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This studio in Málaga is ideal for couples, with capacity for 2 people and 36 m² of well-distributed space. Located in the West district, an expanding but quiet area, it offers a harmonious environment to enjoy a few days or weeks away from urban hustle and bustle. Just a few minutes from urban beaches such as Misericordia and Sacaba, famous for their social atmosphere, children's parks and traditional beach bars specialised in sardine skewers, this accommodation is an unbeatable option for those who wish to combine rest and leisure.
The location is excellent for travelling without a vehicle: 200 m from the urban and provincial bus station, 300 m from the Virgen de Belén metro and with multiple local businesses 100 m away where you can shop, have lunch or have a coffee. In addition, it is close to supermarkets such as Mercadona and very well connected to Málaga-Costa del Sol airport (6 km) and María Zambrano train station (4 km).
The studio is equipped with high-speed fibre optic internet, ideal for teleworking with total stability and fluidity in file transmission. Upon entering, an open and functional space is appreciated that integrates an American kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and everything necessary to prepare meals comfortably. The rest area has a sofa to relax and a comfortable double bed for optimal rest. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower tray.
Additionally, the accommodation has air conditioning and heat pump heating to ensure comfort in any season of the year, iron, hairdryer, WiFi access and television.

It was only a short stay in Malaga for us and we planned to be outdoors for the most of time. For this reason we picked up the location offered by Cubo's as it's supposed to be a budget flat without incredible views and mansion perks. From positive aspects, the apartment is close to everything e.g. airport, beach, shops, metro and buses. It was quite clean, modern, with nice kitchen and good access to the internet. Cristina who checked us in was friendly and helpful. From less positive aspects, the apartment is on a ground floor, with windows at a face level facing patio ocuppied by neighbours. Thus, if you open curtains, everybody can look inside easily, limiting privacy.

The Airbnb is very close to a subway station and the beach is available by foot. There are lots of supermarkets and all in all Malaga a very beautiful city.

Siamo stati a Málaga per vedere le semifinali e la finale di coppa Davis ma anche per alcuni giorni di vacanza in questa splendida città. L’appartamento si trova vicino alle fermate metro e il palazzetto sportivo si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. La zona è tranquillissima, comoda anche per il centro perché la metro di Malaga è efficiente pulita e veloce. L’appartamento è assolutamente perfetto per soggiornare diversi giorni, completo di tutto, abbiamo trovato anche due monoporzioni di latte per la colazione oltre il caffè in cialde e l’acqua. Grazie di tutto, lo consigliamo e se dovessimo tornare a Málaga prenoteremo senz’altro presso Cubo’S Holidays Homes. Un consiglio: qualche asciugamano in più non guasterebbe 👍

Der Strand ist ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist in Ordnung. Möbel sind, wie in den meisten Airbnbs, die günstigsten IKEA Möbel.
