Holiday rental house in Nerja. Excellent recently renovated terraced houses with a swimming pool and just a few metres from the beach. Located in the heart of Nerja within a residential complex with an Andalusian feel. They have 2 bedrooms and a roof terrace to enjoy your holidays and sunbathe, communal swimming pool, air conditioning and free WiFi. They are situated in the exclusive Parador de Nerja area, with walking access to the famous Burriana beach and the Balcón de Europa.

The best part is its excellent location, ideal for enjoying the charms of Nerja, its sun, its beach, its gastronomy and its Andalusian atmosphere, with all the necessary services for your holidays.

The properties have a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms with capacity from 1 to 4 people, distributed over two floors. Fully equipped kitchen and terrace.

Great apartment but we had a bad experience

The apartment would have been given 5* / excellent for everything, however the next door apartment to us was being completely renovated the whole time we were there. This meant that between 8am and 3pm there was drilling and constant banging, which was unbearable. We were travelling with a 1 year old. He was woken up a number of times by the 8am drilling and day time naps were impossible. This made our stay very stressful and difficult. We did speak to Canovas but they just said they didn't know about it and there was nothing they could do. We understand there is nothing they can do about construction but we spoke to the builders and the work had been going on for a few weeks so Canovas should have known. We could have either been told before hand (we only booked the holiday 2 weeks prior) or given a discount. We haven't received any apology or compensation for our trip.
