Rural house near Seville for 12 people
Enjoy this spacious country house in Guillena, perfect for up to 12 people, surrounded by holm oaks and nature 🌳, in a quiet urbanisation with private access. Its strategic location allows you to easily reach the centre of Seville and Isla de la Cartuja by motorway or regional roads.
The property has a spacious garden and a private pool that looks like an oasis, with safe areas for children and elderly people, ideal for cooling off and relaxing under the sun ☀️. In addition, it offers incredible leisure spaces for the whole family, such as a small indoor football field ⚽ and a 9-hole mini golf course ⛳, alongside perfect shaded areas for reading or contemplating nature.
The interior is comfortable and functional, with 194 m² distributed on a single floor to facilitate mobility. You will find five bedrooms with individual beds, spacious and bright, which guarantee rest for everyone. There are three bathrooms, one next to the kitchen with a shower tray, and two more accessible from the bedroom area.
The dining room, with a fireplace, creates a cosy atmosphere for sharing moments with family, while a second living room with television is ideal for children to entertain themselves. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and juicer 🍳. It even has a dining table for more informal meals.
The exterior invites you to enjoy the outdoors with several barbecue and dining areas, perfect for family lunches 🍖. The plot is fenced for security and has direct access to a private path within the urbanisation, ideal for walks among trees. Although there is a supermarket near a petrol station, we recommend bringing your shopping done to save time.
The house has all modern amenities: air conditioning throughout the accommodation, central heating, symmetric fibre optic internet connection with 600MB 📶, fans, mosquito nets on all windows, washing machine, dryer and outdoor parking within the premises.
Do not forget that during the summer it is forbidden to make fires on the plot, and the access path is private.
Come and create unforgettable memories in a natural and peaceful environment, perfect for families looking for rest, fun and proximity to Seville and its tourist attractions 🌄.

The swimming pool is fantastic and the mini golf is great fun. Seville is a beautiful place to visit and parking was easy. Marco and his wife were very welcoming and helpful, thank you both.

Fuimos un grupo de 12 amigos como viaje de fin de curso, y definitivamente volveríamos a Quinta de los Cisnes.
La casa es preciosa, con mucha vegetación muy bien cuidada, unas vistas increíbles desde la piscina y con unos terrenos enormes. Tiene todo lo necesario y más, no nos hizo falta nada durante la estadía, y el lugar siempre está limpio y recibe mantenimiento casi a diario. A todos nos gustó mucho el área de la piscina, perfectamente equipada para pasar casi que el día entero allí. Y también disfrutamos mucho de la barbacoa de gas (el lugar cuenta con otra barbacoa de carbón, pero por regulaciones legales está prohibido su uso durante el verano). Además de lo mencionado, la casa tiene un campo de fútbol, un minigolf y una zona con juegos de mesa, que aunque no los utilizamos apenas se apreció el que estuvieran disponibles.
Marcos, el dueño, es una persona muy agradable, dispuesto a solucionarnos cualquier problema que tuviéramos durante el viaje y muy cordial y profesional. Al llegar nos enseñó con todo lujo de detalles dónde estaban ubicadas las cosas, cómo se utiliza todo y todos los pasos necesarios en caso de alguna emergencia. Además nos dejó su contacto, por lo que la comunicación con él siempre era muy fácil y rápida.
El sitio es maravilloso, perfecto para grupos grandes ya sean familiares o amigos, y tanto nosotros los huéspedes como nuestras familias quedamos encantados con el lugar.

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia maravillosa durante los 4 días que hemos estado en ella. Salvo el primer día que estuvo lloviendo hemos podido disfrutar de sus increibles vistas, la tranquilidad que había en toda la zona, sus jardines y arboleda y por supuesto de las comodidades de la casa que están pensadas para ofrecer una estancia como si se viviera en ella. Todo está pensado para que puedas disfrutar de una casa cuidada con grandes detalles. Marco se ha portado fenomenal en todo momento, facilitando cualquier cosa que pudiéramos solicitar. Desde luego da gusto encontrarte tanto en la recepción como en la salida con personas tan ambables, comprensibles y atentas. Ojalá ese trato personal lo tuviéramos en otros alojamientos. Una pena haber estado en época más fría porque nos quedamos con las ganas de disfrutar de la estupenda piscina que tiene. Es ideal para familias con niños, el Minigolf y las mesas de parchís son muy orginales. Repitiremos sin duda. Muchas Gracias Marco!!!

Casa fantástica, com tudo o que se quer para umas férias relaxantes: um belo jardim com uma vidta magnífica, piscina e até mini golf e grelhador. Casa super bem equipada, confortável e bem localizada, numa área calma e sossegada, que fica apenas a 30 min do centro de Sevilha. O dono foi tambem muito simpático e prestável, ajudando em todos os pedidos.Recomendo vivamente!

Y en cuanto a la casa estupenda, todo limpio, casa para pasar unos días maravillosos en familia y con amigos, tiene piscina, golf, barbacoas etc.., súper recomendable, sin duda si volvemos a Sevilla volvemos allí, gracias por todo.
