This beautiful and intimate rural house for 4 people is the ideal refuge to get away from urban stress without losing proximity to services and leisure. Located just a few minutes by car from the urban centre of Coín, it offers easy access to restaurants, shops and local activities. In addition, its excellent location allows you to comfortably explore the province of Málaga, with quick connections to Málaga, Marbella, Fuengirola, Ardales and Cártama. 🚗✨
Rural house with swimming pool
To get there, you will travel along an unpaved but well-maintained path of about 800 metres. Within the plot, you will find a natural environment with several outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the sun. The private swimming pool, with mountain views and surrounded by vegetation, guarantees moments of intimacy and rest for the whole family. It has access from the exterior porch and has small stairs to facilitate its use. 🏊♂️🌿
The exterior is equipped with functional and comfortable furniture, ideal for family lunches or moments of tranquility, both in the area next to the kitchen and on the covered porch connected to the dining room. 🍽️🌞
The interior stands out for its luminosity and functionality. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, induction, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, in addition to all the necessary utensils to prepare and enjoy your meals. 🍳☕
The dining room is a cosy space where a steel fireplace with glass provides warmth in cold seasons, perfect for long chats or watching television. On warm days, a ceiling fan offers a pleasant natural coolness. From here, you will have direct access to the covered porch and the garden. 🔥📺🍃
The house has two bedrooms, both exterior and with space to store luggage neatly. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, while the second offers two single beds. My family and I stayed at the rural house for a week, and it was super fun! TWe all had enough space. We went in the winter, and the weather was nice. The best part was the pool, even though it was a bit cold. We also went hiking in the area, and there were lots of cool trails to explore. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, and the living room had a big TV. I really liked staying here, and I hope we can come back next year.

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questa casa rurale ed è stato bellissimo! C'era un piccolo problema con il riscaldamento dell'acqua, ma è stato risolto velocemente, quindi tutto ok. Abbiamo fatto delle escursioni e siamo andati in un ristorante vicino che aveva il miglior cibo di sempre! Abbiamo fatto una grande grigliata in giardino e ci siamo divertiti un sacco. Spero di tornare l'anno prossimo con i miei amici!

La cuisine était bien équipée, mais le four était un peu lent à chauffer. On a fait une grande randonnée dans la région et on a mangé dans un petit restaurant très charmant. Globalement, c'était une super expérience!
