Finca La Fuente del Pedregal is a complex of four apartments located in the beautiful natural setting of Barranco Blanco, perfect for disconnecting with family or as a couple. You can rent from a single apartment to several places, always respecting the maximum limit of the complex, which provides flexibility to adapt to your needs. Apartment number 4, the protagonist of this advertisement, stands out for its views of the garden and the lower pool, with access through the interior courtyard of the building.
This 3-bedroom apartment offers an elegant and welcoming environment, with double beds that guarantee optimal rest. Two of the bedrooms are connected by a bellows staircase, not suitable for small children, and one of them is attic-style. The American kitchen, well-equipped and integrated into the living-dining room, features a large glass wall that offers a beautiful view of the garden and swimming pool. It also has a spacious bathroom with a shower tray and bathtub, and centralised air conditioning for your comfort.
The exterior of the complex is impressive: over 4000 m² of fenced land with trees, grass and two swimming pools at different levels. Ich hatte die Unterkunft für 10 Tage mit meiner Familie 4(Kinder) gebucht. Ich muss sagen das war eine unserer schönsten Urlaube die wir gemacht haben. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen und traumhaft schön gestaltet. Meine Kinder mochten ganz besonders die zwei großen Pools, ich fande den schön angelegten Teich und die außenküche am besten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank

We had personal communication with the owner, who is very friendly and helpful. The place is very remote, the access road is a challenge to drive (three hairpin curves), as accurately described in the listing.

stayed here during October. very beafitful grounds. lovely 2 pools, a slide and the tennis court. a few little complaints : the outdoor kitchen had quite a few cobwebs , no toilet roll, no kitchen towels, late check in cost 60 euros which I didny know till after booking, other than that a fantastic stay with everythingwe need. it's only a 10 minutes drive to coin where you ca pick up anything you need. would highly reccomend

Lorsqu’on découvre ce lieu sur Airbnb, on se dit que les photos sont avantageuses et qu’elles magnifient le lieu. En fait quand on arrive c’est encore plus beau, c’est un écrin paradisiaque de verdure. On est plus qu’au calme. L’appartement 4 très bien agencé et la vue depuis le salon est incroyable. Les enfants ont pu profiter du CityPark du toboggan entre les deux piscines, du plongeoir. Comme on a pas trouvé quoi que ce soit à redire , on va juste signaler qu’on a pas trouvé de tire-bouchon et cela nous a obligé à parler avec les voisins, ce qui était une bonne chose.Nous reviendrons c’est sur ! Encore merci

Die Lage der Ferienwohnungen (4Stück) liegt extrem ruhig und abgelegen, was wir sehr mochten. Außer Vogelgezwitscher und dem quaken der Frösche hörten wir nichts, was sehr erholsam war. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und bietet neben den 2 Pools, einen Tennisplatz/,Basketballplatz, Tischkicker, separater gr. Grillhütte, Teich mit Boot viel Grün. Wir hatten das Appartement 4 mit gr. Fenster zum pool/,Garten. Das Appartement verfügt über 3 Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, alle Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das 3 Zimmer entdeckten wir an letzten Tag, welches über eine dackluckenleiter zum runter ziehen erreichbar ist. Viel Technik, viele Lichter und indirekte Leuchten.Ausreichend Handtücher, Poolhandtücher, und ein Bademantel waren im Badezimmer zu finden. Jedes Apartment hat seinen eigenen Waschmaschinenraum im Keller, inklusive Trockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen.
