Discover this cosy rural house located in the heart of Coín, just 15 minutes by car from the urban centre and shopping centres such as La Trocha. Perfectly located, it offers easy access to both the inland countryside and the coast of Málaga, both just 20 minutes away, thus facilitating your excursions and leisure plans. 🚗✨
Surrounded by nature and with impressive views of the mountain and garden, this 211 m² home is designed to guarantee tranquillity, privacy and comfort in an ideal rural setting for families and groups. The house is distributed over two floors: on the upper floor you will find an open space with a living room and fully equipped American kitchen; on the ground floor, three bedrooms with queen-size beds and two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite, in addition to direct access to a terrace and porch from the bedrooms. 🌄🛏️
The exterior is a true paradise with a spacious private pool and fenced garden, perfect for enjoying unforgettable moments with family or friends under the Andalusian sun. Inside, the living room has a wood-burning fireplace for the coolest nights (firewood not included), air conditioning throughout the accommodation and central heating to make the stay comfortable in any season. Additionally, the spiral staircase connecting the floors is safe and practical. 🔥🏊♂️
The access road is mostly paved, although with some irregularities, being suitable for touring cars, SUVs or caravans without problem. It also has covered parking in the same building for greater convenience. 🚙
The American kitchen is modern and includes a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, in addition to all the crockery and utensils necessary for you to prepare your meals as if you were at home. It also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and wifi to connect without problems. 📶🍳
The location is perfect for discovering the province of Malaga: a few kilometres away you have restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, natural parks such as Juanar Refuge, beaches in Fuengirola and Marbella, as well as proximity to the airport and train and bus stations. The house is modern but also cozy, and the area felt super safe. Definitely a great spot for a group of friends to chill and have fun!
