IDEAL FOR RELAXING, SEEING STARRY SKIES WITHOUT LIGHT POLLUTION, WITH HIGH PRIVACY AND INTIMACY. AN ACCOMMODATION TO ENJOY NATURE.
Typical Andalusian farmhouse, where you can enjoy with your entire family to rest and have a vacation surrounded by countryside, beautiful rural views and a lot of tranquility. Please note that the last 1,500 meters is an unpaved rural road.
You have the figure of a guard who will help you when checking in to the accommodation and with any small problem. Remember that this type of employee who provides the accommodation does not have to attend to whims or needs not established for the function of staying and spending the night there. Thus, the Guardés will be able to remember compliance with the house rules in the event that these are broken during the stay.
It is accessed via a comfortable paved road and with 2 km of unpaved but safe, well-kept and compact road. At the exit of the A-92 highway towards Granada, this farmhouse is located 11 km from Villa Nueva del Rosario. As we have mentioned previously, arrival at the farmhouse is via a paved and dirt road. Simple and easy to drive.
In Villanueva del Rosario you will find all the possible services to help you in your daily life. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies...
You can also enjoy wonderful and culturally enriching places, the Alhambra in Granada, for example, is one hour and ten minutes away by car, the Sierra Nevada (depending on traffic) one hour and thirty minutes away, Antequera and its Dolmens or the fantastic El Torcal de Antequera is located just thirty minutes or forty minutes away, always depending on traffic in the area. A little beyond Antequera, about twenty minutes more than the previously mentioned route, you will find the Laguna de Fuentepiedra, where you can see the colonies of Flamingos in their migration to other continents, as well as an environment created for observing birds in the area and learning for the little ones. Also, you can find Malaga about 50km away where you can enjoy all the museums that this city has to offer.
The exterior of the accommodation is divided into a pool area (it is a 3x5 meter fiberglass pool). Under a grove of trees you can rest, sunbathe or have lunch with the family thanks to the outdoor furniture available in the accommodation.
Inside the accommodation, you can enjoy two interior patios, one of which leads to the bedroom attached to the premises and the other interior patio, which is accessed through a small door located in the charming kitchen of the accommodation. This patio can be used as a picnic or barbecue area as it has a covered area, useful for covering yourself from the sun or sheltering from the humidity at night.
Inside the accommodation there is a large living room where you can enjoy beautiful meetings with the whole family (up to 14 people) in the heat of the beautiful fireplace. You can also prepare your lunches in the kitchen, although it is not very spacious, it has everything you need. necessary so that it can complement the lunches you make on the barbecue.
Access to the upper bedrooms is via stairs of typical mud construction, they are high but wide, and safe, although we recommend that you always keep an eye on the little ones in the house. Going up these stairs you will have two bedrooms with multiple single beds, bedrooms that are very fun for children or teenagers, they are removed from the other two bedrooms with double beds that are located on the ground floor, near the kitchen..A final bedroom with an en-suite bathroom but located outside the complex (you have to access it through the patio that connects to the kitchen) has a double bed, a single bed and a fixed wooden crib. This bedroom is ideal for the couple in the family traveling with a baby or child up to two years old.
You will have several full bathrooms in the accommodation, as well as a rural internet connection, valid for small things related to the network.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.

Nos ha encantado el enclave del cortijo, la originalidad de la casa. Se notaba que conservaba la esencia de la casa antigua, pero con las comodidades que hoy día buscamos (aire acondicionado, gran chimenea, buenas camas, cunas).
El patio interior súper cómodo y útil si vas acompañado de peques, pues tienes la tranquilidad de que ahí pueden jugar sin peligro.
Amplia zona para aparcar los coches.
Entorno ideal en plena naturaleza.
Y sobre todo la amabilidad de Pilut, el cuidador del cortijo. Nos facilitó leña para la chimenea al instante y fue flexible con la hora de salida. Sin duda un gran detalle, pues al ir con peques esto se agradece enormemente. Gracias

Poner algunos colgadores más en las paredes, pues en invierno hace falta más espacio para ello y más cuando se trata de una casa con capacidad hasta para 14 personas. No obstante, muy satisfechos con este hallazgo️
