Enjoy a spacious exclusive estate for 6 people, located in the peaceful Malaga countryside, where sun and privacy are guaranteed. This property offers only the first floor, with the ground floor not inhabited, ensuring total exclusivity for tenants. Access is very convenient thanks to the Old Road of Malaga, which quickly connects with Alhaurín el Grande in just 10 minutes by car and with Malaga Airport in 30 minutes. Additionally, you will be close to tourist destinations such as Torremolinos, Nerja, Ronda and Fuengirola.
The farm is completely fenced, with a private gate and secure parking within the enclosure. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by an elevated pool with sun all day long, equipped with sunbeds and garden furniture for total relaxation. The pool has a secure access with a wrought iron fence, ideal for families. 🏊♂️🌴
This property combines comfort and convenience with the beauty of the natural environment
Go up the stairs to the upper floor and you will find a spacious dining room with an American kitchen equipped with everything you need: pans, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer. Everything thought out so that you feel at home. 🍳☕️
The distribution includes three rooms: two with a double bed and one single, perfect for groups or families. The air conditioning with heat pump is available in the living-dining room and in two of the rooms, guaranteeing comfort in any season of the year. The bathroom has a shower tray for greater comfort. ❄️🛏️🚿

I missed this when I was reading the booking and entire indoors smelt of smoke which required me to buy my own bedsheets and pillow for use throughout the stay as I have bad lung problems and provided bedding was full of old smoke. location is about 30 minutes away from everything and super convenient to get anywhere! highly recommend if you're looking for a serene stay in the countryside!

Nice spacious living room and kitchen. Many present in the house such as pepper salt oil all basic things. Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood and by car you are within 7 minutes in the town. Shops and restaurants are all nearby.

Perfecto para desconectar y disfutar de unas vacaciones relajantes,la casa esta situada a 4-5 km del pueblo,en que podimos encontrar tiendas,supermercados,restaurantes..los propietarios muy bien,se preocupan por todo y estan muy dispuestos en atender cualquier cosa que necesites,la casa mas cercana al chalet esta situada a unos 500-700 metros con lo cual hay mucha privacidad y tranquilidad..
