This charming newly built rural house offers a unique experience for those seeking tranquillity and privacy in a rural setting, without giving up proximity to cities such as Alhaurín el Grande, Coín, Marbella and Málaga, all accessible in 10 minutes (with favourable traffic). Ideal for families, it features spacious outdoor areas that include a children's zone, a shallow swimming pool (perfect for children but with supervision) and comfortable garden furniture to enjoy barbecues and outdoor lunches 🍖🌳. The plot is fully fenced, guaranteeing safety and privacy, and also has parking within the premises.
If you need to combine holidays with teleworking, this house has a 300mb symmetric fibre optic connection so you can work or enjoy your series and video games without interruptions 💻🎮. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, very bright and with views of the garden, ideal for sharing moments with family while watching over the little ones from the comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more, making the preparation of any meal easier.
The property has three spacious and bright bedrooms, all with air conditioning with heat pump for your comfort in any season. Two bedrooms have two single beds each, and the third, the largest, has a comfortable double bed, offering accommodation for up to 6 people in its 90m². The bathroom is spacious and has a spacious shower tray 🚿.

La maison est conforme aux photos, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine qui avait une profondeur parfaite surtout lorsqu’on a des enfants.La maison était très propre et le mobilier neuf. L’hôte a été vraiment très gentil très accueillant, a respecté notre intimité et à même accepté de nous louer la villa une nuit de plus alors que ce n’était pas prévu alors un grand merci pour tout. Maison située dans un endroit très calme sans vis à vis et à 5 minutes en voiture d’Elhaurin El grande, où se trouve restaurants et supermarché. Situé à une demie heure en voiture de Málaga, marbella, Fuengirola donc vraiment très pratique. Si nous retournons en Espagne, nous reviendrons dans cette belle maisonMerci pour tout

Het huis is super schoon en de eigenaar is een vriendelijke en respectvolle man. Hij hield heel goed rekening met onze privacy en kwam alleen als hij dit had besproken met ons via de telefoon. Het enige aandachtspuntje is dat de oprit naar het huis toe een best wel stijle weg is van 5 meter. Als je een hoge auto hebt is dit geen probleem als je een lage hebt zoals ik had dan moet je wel voorzichtig zijn. Verder is het zwembad heerlijk en de perfecte diepte. En schijnt de zon de hele dag in de tuin.

Sehr schönes,abgelegenes Haus in den Bergen. Es liegt genau in der Mitte zwischen Malaga und Marbella. Wir haben die Ruhe und den Pool sehr genossen. Es ist zwar ein wenig außerhalb aber dafür sehr authentisch. Man ist umgeben von Einheimischen, die alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren. Kaum Touristen. Jose,unser Gastgeber,war stets bereit mit Rat und Tat zu helfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und nicht zu vergessen " Kooki", unsere adoptierte Katze. Meine Kinder haben sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen und wollten sie mit nach Deutschland nehmen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

Vores vært var imødekommende og sød til at hjælpe, når vi havde brug for det. Boligen ligger ret isoleret og man skal have bil, hvis man vil rundt.

Très bon endroit, très très belle maison très propre tout à disposition, tous les commerces sont à 3 minutes en voiture, Lidl, aldi, mercadona, burger king etc…. Il y a même deux magasins de miel naturel à 5 minutes en voitures. Mes enfants ont apprécié le séjour ils voulaient même prolonger. Le propriétaire José Manuel a été très gentil et joignable à n’importe quel moment, de plus mon fils c’est fait une entorse de la cheville du coup il ne pouvait plus marcher, le propriétaire nous a trouvé un fauteuil roulant pour qu’ont puisse se balader en ville ensemble, franchement top. Milles merci à lui et sa famille. 🙏
