The chlorinated pool is equipped with all the necessary outdoor furniture so that you can refresh yourself or sunbathe comfortably. In addition, the spacious terrace that provides access to the house allows you to watch the children while they play or enjoy the bath.

For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, the barbecue area is strategically located to have the pool in view, which provides peace of mind while preparing your charcoal or wood-fired meals. It also includes a paella pan for 8 people and fish grills, ideal for sharing special moments. 🍖🔥

The interior features a modern American kitchen integrated into the dining room, equipped with television and all the necessary utensils for you to prepare breakfasts, lunches, or dinners with total comfort.
