Description
Welcoming and private rural estate in Alhaurín el Grande. Cubo's Finca La Guillena offers you the purest rural style with the advantage of being just five minutes from the urban centre of Alhaurín el Grande. Its plot, fenced around its entire perimeter and with no nearby houses, will provide you with unique privacy and intimacy.
The entrance to the plot will allow you to access a parking area that can accommodate 3 vehicles.
The orientation of the house will allow you to enjoy the sun at all hours of the day, you can watch the sunrise and sunset and enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside.
The chlorine swimming pool has all the necessary outdoor furniture so you can enjoy a refreshing swim or sunbathe. You can watch the children from the wide terrace at the entrance of the accommodation or have lunch or dinner. The barbecue area also has a clear view of the pool, so you can be relaxed while cooking with charcoal or wood. The accommodation provides a paella pan for 8 people (if you dare to make a paella) and grills to prepare fish on the barbecue.
The house layout consists of a modern open-plan kitchen and living-dining room with television. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare all the lunches, breakfasts, or dinners you desire with the utmost comfort.
The rooms are distributed with two double-bed rooms and one room with three places, two in bunk beds and the other in a single bed. The main double bedroom has air conditioning. All rooms are bright and have an exterior window.
The bathroom has a shower tray.
The distribution of air conditioning with heat pump is as follows:

Air conditioning in the living-dining room.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible water supply restrictions and how they might affect the traveller's stay, as long as these are decreed by the competent authorities and are mandatory.
To mitigate these possible inconveniences during your stay, we recommend considering taking out travel insurance.
The accommodation offers free WIFI to travellers.

Owner came and cleaned the pool every 3 days throughout our 2 weeks stay. very helpful if needed anything. A car is essential as no footpath into the town which can be walked in 10 minutes. Views are stunning. easy access via busesuber into benalmadena mijas and toromolinos.

And a 10 minute walk into town.Beautiful area and pool.The front porch has a lovely breeze from 3-7pm.The previous reviews have said that they were disappointed with the view, as there’s a concrete site opposite. It did not bother us, we saw past this with gorgeous mountains and sunsets. A few points, the bbq didn’t have shelves and the Finca needs a fence to stop the stay dogs running into the porch. Would definitely stay again.Thank youNeasha

The owner turned up on a Saturday morning about 15 minutes after we’d been in touch to help us with the washing machine. Juan was wonderful! We had a lovely break and would return in a second!”

Maison fonctionnelle, piscine petite comparé aux photos, et dangereuses avec les rebords intérieur pour les enfants.Piscine salle, eau troubles malheureusement. Vu que la maison est en campagne, beaucoup de fourmis, en intérieur et extérieur de la maison. C’est chiant, on a dû acheter une bombe pour limiter les dégâts, il faut rien laisser traîner sinon invasion en 5 minutes. Il faut une voiture pour aller à la plage, comptez 30 minutes environ. Point positif, quelques magasins autour de la maison pour faire les courses. Malgré ces quelques désagréments , nous avons passé un bon séjour quand même.
