This family rural house is the perfect destination for those seeking to relax and explore the wonders of Málaga's interior and its dazzling coast.
Rural house for 12 people with two swimming pools
Strategically located near the charming urban centres of Coín and Alhaurín el Grande, our accommodation offers easy access to supermarkets, shopping centres, and excellent road connections to the region's points of interest.
Our property features two independent dwellings, connected by an exterior staircase, ideal for two families seeking independence while enjoying holidays together. It has two outdoor areas with swimming pools, gas griddle, and covered areas with outdoor furniture to enjoy beautiful lunches outdoors. For greater sustainability, this property has solar panels.
With capacity for up to twelve people distributed across six bedrooms, our accommodation is ideal for families. It will have five double beds and two single beds in these six bedrooms.
Please note that a deposit is required before arrival, subject to refund after accommodation review within 48 hours of departure.
You will also have two spacious living rooms and two kitchens that can be used to facilitate lunch preparation.
For your peace of mind, our accommodation is equipped with dishwasher, air conditioning, and central heating, but we ask you to use resources responsibly.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit einigen Nachbarhäusern. Mit ÖV ist es gar nicht erreichbar, ein Mietauto ist also zwingend erforderlich. Der Parkplatz, welcher zum Haus gehört ist sehr gross und bietet mind. Platz für 4-6 Fahrzeuge. Das Airbnb entspricht den Fotos und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überein. Die Einrichtung und auch das Geschirr sind nicht sehr hochwertig, teilweise auch schon etwas alt/einfach, was jedoch auch dem Preisverhältnis entspricht.

Det virker som om at der er sparede nogle penge væk på forskelligt udstyr udendørs og køkkengrej. Det er synd da huset virkeligt er flot i sig selv.
