This incredible accommodation will provide you with the rest you need from the big city without forgetting the basic needs you may require. This accommodation has the virtue of being located just 4 km from the urban centre of Alhaurín el Grande, where you can find typical neighbourhood businesses such as fruit shops, delicatessens, fishmongers, or butchers, or large supermarkets like Mercadona. In addition to the food sector, you can find all types of leisure services.
The location of Alhaurín el Grande allows you to access different routes through the Province of Málaga in a very short time.
The city of Málaga is just 23 km (25 minutes by car) from the house, Málaga Airport is about 16 km (15 minutes by car), and the nearest beach (Torremolinos) is about 16 km and 20 minutes by car. Other important cities of the Costa del Sol, such as Marbella, are about 30 km and 30 minutes by car.
As we have already mentioned, this house maintains a balance between a quiet holiday or an adventure getting to know the corners offered by the province of Málaga. It has a fully fenced plot, and you can park your vehicle under cover. This space is for two vehicles.
Your pool will allow you to cool off sunbathing or enjoying the space suitable for a barbecue. From these spaces, you can keep an eye on your children if you travel with them. You can also observe them, read a book, or simply breathe tranquillity from the fabulous terrace at the entrance of the accommodation. This terrace presents the accommodation and gives way to its incredible and cosy decoration.
The accommodation, being on one floor, is distributed in the centre with a large living-dining room with a very modern sofa, mini-chain, and TV, Smart TV. The living room has large windows where you can enjoy daylight and the outdoors while sitting on the sofa.
The kitchen is independent, with modern and high-quality appliances. You will not lack anything to prepare your lunches, dinners, or breakfasts.
The bathroom is a shower tray, modern, elegant, and spacious. You will enjoy taking a warm bath.
There are two bedrooms, a main one with a double bed in which a beautiful view will wake you up every morning thanks to the large window it has. The second bedroom has two double beds, and a small room will allow you to store your suitcases.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions on water supply and how they might affect the traveller's stay, as long as these are decreed by the competent authorities and are mandatory.
To mitigate these possible inconveniences during your stay, we recommend considering taking out travel insurance.

We met Toñi at the company office in town (10 mins from the villa) and she guided us to the villa which was so helpful before showing us around. The villa itself was well equipped and everything we could have hoped for. Our girls loved the pool and swings. The outside space was great and there was plenty of spaces for sunshade throughout the day. Felt like a home from home!We wouldn’t hesitate to visit againrecommend!

We loved our stay in Alhurin at Cubo’s holiday home. The house was perfect for us and 3 young children. They loved the outdoor space and enjoyed exploring the local area. We stayed for 2 weeks and became very good at driving round the many narrow back roads, however it was very useful to be met in the town and taken to the house as it was dark. We were met by Toni, who was extremely helpful. You need a car. Very safe and secure and we would stay again.

No le falta de nada, tiene absolutamente de todo. Está situada en un lugar muy tranquilo perfecta para descansar y desconectar.

On a adoré - Très jolie maison au calme, bien équipée, propriétaires adorable, discrets - On s',y est sentis très bien, on a profité de toutes les installations, très jolie piscine devant la porte et jardin, terrasses, rien que pour nous - Bonne literie, buanderie bien équipée, vaisselle, etc.. tout était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement -Idéalement située, car à proximité de Malaga, des plages (Fuengirola et Benalmadena) - Point de départ pour d',autres excursions comme Séville, Grenade, Cordoue... La petite ville d', Alhaurin El Grande est pittoresque et on y trouve tous les commerces - Bref, un très bon séjour - Merci à Toni et son papa Manuel qui nous ont reçus chaleureusement.
