Located in Alhaurín de la Torre, this property offers tranquillity and privacy in a residential environment, with the convenience of two covered parking spaces and easy access to the main motorways of Málaga. From here, you can easily explore destinations such as Nerja, Marbella, Málaga city centre or the famous Caminito del Rey.

The house has a lovely terrace facing the main street, perfect for relaxing, working with a laptop or enjoying a call in a relaxed environment. Inside, a cosy living-dining room with sofa bed and television connects to a fully equipped independent kitchen: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more, so you can prepare your favourite dishes without complications.
With capacity for 10 people in 3 bedrooms, the house has air conditioning in all rooms, heat pump heating and wifi internet access, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The exteriors do not disappoint: private pool, several rest areas, garden furniture and an awning to have lunch in the shade after a barbecue. In addition, the plot is completely fenced, ideal for families with children.
The location is magnificent for those looking to combine relaxation and adventure: a few kilometers away you will find supermarkets, restaurants, water parks, sandy and rocky beaches, golf courses, and train and bus stations. All this in a rural and safe environment, ideal for children.

We had a wonderful stay. the Host (Pablo) was superb and went out of his way to please. He was always available for help and He took us both to and from the airport (even though we arrived on different days), and had no problem going to the house via the supermarket on the first day so we could get provisions for the week. The house is beautifully located on a family owned fruit farm and everyone is so friendly. The property is very comfortable and It felt like a home rather than just a holiday house.

Ich war mit einer Gruppe von Freunden für eine Woche in diesem AirBnB und wir hatten eine rundum schöne Zeit! Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und vertrauenswürdig – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist gepflegt, bietet ausreichend Schatten und ist angenehm sichtgeschützt. Für eine Erfrischung an heißen Tagen ist der Pool einfach ideal!Die Lage ist landschaftlich reizvoll mit einem tollen Ausblick. Zwar liegt das Haus relativ nah an der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, doch es ist trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da man so flexibel ist – die nächste Bushaltestelle ist aber auch in etwa 30 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein ruhiges, schönes Ferienhaus etwas außerhalb von Málaga suchen, aber dennoch eine gute Anbindung an die Stadt haben möchten.

Pablo, el anfitrión, es superatento, amable y muy flexible.
Aunque la casa queda un poco apartada de Alhaurín, en coche está a unos 5 minutos del supermercado más cercano y por la autovía son unos 20 minutos hasta el centro de Málaga.
¡El alojamiento está equipadísimo! No nos ha faltado casi de nada y nos ha sorprendido que hubiese incluso aceite y algunas especias para cocinar, y toallas tanto para el baño como para la piscina. La casa estaba muy limpia y el lavavajillas funcionaba a la perfección.
Los exteriores también son geniales. Hay mucha privacidad por el lado que da a la calle y unas vistas muy agradables a un campo de mandarinas al otro lado.
Si visitamos Málaga de nuevo, probablemente elegiremos quedarnos en Riad de Maruchi.

El hombre que te recibe es un encanto, al igual que el anfitrión que nos recogió las llaves. La casa es super acogedora y la parte exterior es increible. Si vuelvo a Malaga me volveré a alojar aqui seguro!
