This charming rural house in Alhaurín de la Torre offers an ideal refuge for up to 4 people, with 2 cosy bedrooms and air conditioning for optimal rest. The 60 m² property, modern and comfortable, is located in a quiet rural setting with views of the mountain and garden, perfect for those looking to disconnect or enjoy outdoor activities.

The exterior is the great protagonist with a private pool surrounded by a garden with comfortable furniture and a barbecue for delicious outdoor meals. The 40 m² terrace invites you to share unforgettable moments under the sun and in a family atmosphere. The plot is fenced, ideal for families with children, who will also enjoy the available children's area.
Inside, the dwelling stands out for its American kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. The living room and dining room form an open space that facilitates coexistence and relaxation after a day exploring the area.
The location is another strong point: you are just 1 km from the Lauro Golf course and minutes by car from the María Zambrano AVE station and Málaga airport, facilitating access to beaches, shopping centres and outstanding tourist spots in the Malaga province. We have just returned from 2 weeks at this beautiful house. We were welcomed by the owner and his family who showed us around and showed us how everything worked. I was also sent local recommendations which was a nice touch. The house itself exceeded expectations and had everything you could ever want for your stay. The house is perfect for children and the pool area was amazing. We could not fault anything with this property and we hope to return again in the future.

My family and I had a very good time. it's a great place and the owner was very kind. The house and the exterior is exactly as shown on the pictures. I loved the barbecue area and utilities. Sufficient heating possibilities during the winter months. BUT, the location wasn't correct. The address on Airbnb said Calle Coin in Pinos, Alhaurín de la Torre. It wasn't! It was about 7 km from the town of Alhaurín de la Torre, next to Laura GolfResort. This is a huge misinformation andcompletely changes ourplanning during our stay.But, If you're looking for a great place for kids on the countryside, this could be it!
