Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.

Discover this spectacular apartment in Mijas Costa, perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people who wish to enjoy a comfortable and well-equipped stay in a privileged environment. With 110 m² of luminous space and tastefully furnished, it features five spacious bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and a spacious living-dining room to share unique moments. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including two coffee makers (Italian and Tassimo capsules), ideal for coffee lovers.

Enjoy two private terraces: one glazed with translucent glasses and garden furniture to relax, and another uncovered perfect for outdoor meals under the sun. Air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a fresh and comfortable environment at any time.

The urbanisation offers communal swimming pools (currently closed), well-maintained gardens, sunbeds for resting, and direct access to the beach through an illuminated underground passage, providing you with the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the Costa del Sol and the Coastal Path, ideal for walks by the sea and exploring local gastronomy. Additionally, it has parking within the complex (unassigned, availability not guaranteed).

We stayed here for a week (7 adults, 3 children), it was a great size for us all. Good sized rooms, plenty storage and 3 bathrooms. We loved the big communal area with a dining table big enough to fit all of us. Plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc for everyone. Although basic cupboard essentials would help (salt?)The air con in the living room leaked when it was on which lead to someone slipping and hurting themself, the air con in one of the bedrooms leaked onto one of the balconies which meant we couldn’t use it (the 2nd balcony is fully covered and hotter than hell due to the air con unit being stored here. Although perfect for drying washing!) one of the bedrooms had air con which didn’t work at all - not ideal in 30 degrees! Both balconies are unusable.The children’s pool has been emptied of water and can’t be used at all. This was one of the things that had sold the property to us so we were disappointed at seeing this upon arrival. I can see that the website has now been updated to say this.Overall we loved our stay but there were a few things that could have been changed to make it perfect.

Generally we really enjoyed our stay, Advantages Spacious Nice big eating table Nice sea view from the flat Close distance from the sea Disadvantage We had only one key for 8 ppl, which was very inconvenient since we had 3 cars and it was hard when we wanted to do separate activities There is a busy road just infront of the windows so there is a background noise pretty much all the time There was no toilet paper, soap, cleaning toolswinter blankets when we arrived, we contacted the company and they brought us the missing things in a timely mannerThe pool was closed (winter season)Summary It’s a nice budget place to stay when you are a big group.

We really enjoyed it and Carmen who met up there was always easy to contact if we needed her. The pool area has sunloungers and it so well cared for and tidy. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Nice spacious 5 bed, 3 bathroom apartment with shared pool, short walk to beaches through a gated locked tunnel. Great value! Would be very happy to stay again! Only negative was we only got 1 set of keys given to us which made it tricky travelling as 3 families especially needing keys to get in and out of the complex gates.

Duże i wygodne mieszkanie dla 5-10 osób. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia i jadalnia. Czysto i nowocześnie. Szybkie i łatwe przejście tunelem pod autostradą na plażę! :)
