Enjoy this cosy apartment in Mijas Costa, ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people. Located in a beautiful urbanisation with a communal swimming pool and gardens, here you will find the perfect balance between rest and proximity to the beach and local services. The apartment is on a second floor with a lift and has a spacious south-facing terrace, where you can sunbathe and use its practical integrated barbecue 🍖☀️.
Just steps away from Luna beach, accessible through a convenient underground passage, you can relax on the sand or enjoy local gastronomy in nearby beach bars. Additionally, the surroundings invite you to walk along the Calahonda Promenade, a natural route among trees and native species 🌿🚶♂️.
The interior is bright and functional: a spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed to accommodate up to two additional people, a fireplace with a safety door for cooler days and internet connection so you don't miss your favourite series 📺🔥. The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the utensils to easily prepare your meals.
For rest, the apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and fireplace to create a cosy and romantic atmosphere, and another with two single beds. Both bedrooms have enough space to store your luggage comfortably and have exterior windows that provide natural light 🛏️✨.
The bathroom includes a bathtub and all the necessary elements for your comfort. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room, heat pump heating, iron, hairdryer and wifi access so that your stay is complete.
The parking is private but not assigned, so the use of the spaces depends on the responsible behaviour of the residents and availability is not guaranteed. If you find a free space upon arrival, you will be able to use it without problem 🚗.
