Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2007.
This spacious 153 m² apartment in Cortijo del Mar Resort has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed over two floors, ideal for up to 6 people. The decoration is unique and personalised in each unit, combining an Andalusian exterior style with modern interiors and equipped with home automation technology to control lights, sound and blinds, creating environments to your measure. 📺🔊
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric juicer, fridge and freezer, perfect for preparing your favourite meals. The bathrooms stand out for having a hydromassage shower and jacuzzi bathtub, for a relaxing experience after a day at the beach or golf. 🛁🍽️
The complex is totally closed, with free underground parking, security cameras and 24-hour concierge service throughout the year to guarantee your peace of mind. In addition, daily cleaning and towel changes (except Sundays), along with linen renewal twice a week, always maintain a high quality standard. 🧹🔑
Cortijo del Mar Resort
The main swimming pool, located next to the restaurant, is monitored by a lifeguard and open approximately from March to October, offering areas for children and adults with different depth zones. You can relax on Balinese beds or request a massage at an additional cost. For the more active, there is a football field, basketball court, and children's playground with free access all year round. ⚽🏀🏊♂️
The reception is open 365 days to advise you about excursions, transfers, gastronomy and any doubts about the area. The location is unbeatable: only 2 km from beaches such as Salduna Beach, recognized golf courses like El Paraíso Golf Club and Atalaya Golf & Country Club, and near supermarkets, theme parks such as Selwo Aventura, and the lively Puerto Banús Marbella area. 🚗🌴
No specific apartment is assigned until check-in, although we try to take into account your preferences so that you can enjoy the best possible experience. Access is convenient thanks to the direct connection with the A-7 motorway.
As we also do in all other properties of our brand CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, we provide all our accommodations with towel and bed linen sets. We have cots and high chairs available upon request for babies aged 0 to 2 years. And all of this, absolutely FREE. 🛏️👶
Likewise, guests of CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES can enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT upon request, provided that the booking calendar and scheduled cleanings allow it. ⏰

Tout est frais, propre et de haute qualité. L'appartement fait partie d'une communauté fermée, ce qui est agréable et calme. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour agréable dans la région de Marbella.
