This cozy ground floor apartment, located in the Arenas de Marbella urbanisation, offers direct and comfortable access to the swimming pools, beaches and communal gardens, guaranteeing a relaxing experience near the sea without losing communication with the entire Costa del Sol. Its strategic location allows quick road access to key points such as Marbella, located just fifteen minutes by car, and includes parking for your vehicle 🚗.
The community has two swimming pools, well-maintained gardens and typical natural environments of Marbella, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Both elderly people with reduced mobility and children have easy access to the accommodation, either through the main entrance or from the exterior terrace, where they can relax or enjoy family meals with garden furniture 🌳🍽️.
Inside, the spacious dining room is ideal for sharing moments with family, watching movies with free fibre optic internet connection or simply resting comfortably. La casa es grande, está limpísima, tiene de todo, incluso toallas para la piscina y la terraza es un remanso de paz. La piscina es fantástica para los niños y la playa está al lado y es preciosa. Lo único que tiene muchas piedras en la entrada. Las personas que nos atendieron por teléfono y en persona son totalmente encantadoras y te ofrecen todo tipo de facilidades.

También es encantador que está a una corta distancia a pie de la playa. Estábamos en julio y principios de agosto y durante la temporada alta, encontramos bastante silencio durante la semana. Fines de semana y en agosto se vuelve más animado. Un coche es útil para ir al centro de Marbella o, por ejemplo, Málaga"
