Apartment next to the Materno de Málaga.
Accommodation in a neighborhood very well connected to the points of interest of Centro Málaga. Its good communication with the city's public transport stands out, as well as the use, through enabled lanes, of rental bicycles or scooters.
This accommodation has received the distinctive "Commitment to Tourism Quality" in the destination of Malaga within the SICTED project.
Also if you travel by car, although the accommodation does not have assigned parking, you can find parking in the surrounding area. This is ideal for travelers who rent a car or for workers. If you do it this way, highway access to all directions in the province is easy and close.
The offer of local businesses in the area is very wide, having a wide variety of businesses, supermarkets, butcher shops, gyms, pharmacies, specialized bakeries. As well as a shopping center (La Rosaleda) near the Málaga C.F. football stadium.
The portal is community access, it opens with a token, and you can access the accommodation by elevator or stairs.
At your entrance you will find a comfortable hallway, where a built-in wardrobe will help you organize your luggage, leave street clothes or store suitcases.
Leaving the bedrooms behind, we will reach a large living-dining room with kitchen. The kitchen is separated in half from the living-dining room, but it can be considered American as it does not have a door dividing the space with respect to the living-dining room. This kitchen is equipped with everything you need so you can prepare any type of lunch, it has cabinets to store your belongings and a combi refrigerator to store your food and preserve it.
The living room space has air conditioning, dining table, a large and comfortable sofa and television. The television is not Smart TV so if you want to connect it to the internet or your device you must travel with your HDMI cable or Chromecast.
The bedrooms, which are three, have the following furniture:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, window to the outside street, air conditioning, television and closet to store your luggage.
Bedroom 2: Single bed, window to the outside street, desk.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with two single beds, this bunk bed has a ladder composition, with a small closet. The beds are not on top of each other, making them more comfortable than typical bunk beds. It also has a window to the outside.
Accommodation with free Wi-Fi connection.
