Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This spacious apartment is located in Málaga city, in the Cruz de Humilladero neighbourhood, with views of the lively Cruz de Humilladero Square, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of local businesses. Its strategic location allows easy travel by metro, train, bus, car, bicycle or scooter. 🚆🚲
It has three spacious and well-distributed bedrooms, perfect for up to seven people, ideal for families or groups looking for space and comfort. The accommodation is very bright, with air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, as well as heating and fans to ensure a pleasant environment in any season. ❄️🔥

Upon entering, you access a cosy dining room with comfortable sofas, air conditioning and television (not Smart TV). The dining table is located next to the windows, offering a direct view of the square, perfect for enjoying meals with natural light. The independent and equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and all the necessary utensils to prepare your breakfasts, lunches or dinners. 🍳🍽️
The bedrooms are distributed to offer privacy and rest: one with a double bed, luggage space and plenty of light; another bedroom with a double bed and spacious wardrobe; and a third bedroom with a double bed, television and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is an additional bathroom with a shower tray in the hallway connecting the rooms. 🚿🛏️
The apartment has free WiFi, ideal for staying connected during your stay. In addition, the entrance is accessible by both elevator and stairs.

Excelente la atención de Cristina, muy amable intentando resolver los inconvenientes. El servicio de Cubos muy bueno, con respecto al departamento no funciona el hidromasaje, se inunda el baño al ducharse, baja iluminación, la mitad de las luces no funcionan, si prendes el horno y el vitroceramico salta la luz. Por otra parte el departamento tiene un sistema que informa los decibeles y después de las 22 hs no se puede ni hablar ya que notifican a un sujeto que con muy malos modos, se apersona en el departamento de forma prepotente, como un matón amenazando.

Gracias por tu valoración y por destacar la atención de nuestra compañera Cristina, siempre dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento.
Con respecto a los puntos que mencionas, nos gustaría aclarar lo siguiente:
El sistema de control de ruido (Roomonitor) no salta por una simple conversación. En vuestro caso, el aviso se generó por un volumen elevado que indicaba una posible fiesta. Se os contactó en varias ocasiones por teléfono para pediros que bajaseis el nivel de ruido, y ante la falta de respuesta, se envió a un vigilante para recordaros las normas. En ningún momento se presentó de forma amenazante ni prepotente.
El hidromasaje no está anunciado como servicio disponible en el alojamiento y así está indicado también físicamente en la propiedad con un cartel.
Sobre las bombillas y la iluminación, agradecemos que lo hayas comentado ya ha sido revisado y solucionado para los próximos huéspedes.
El salto de luz al usar simultáneamente el horno y la vitrocerámica se debe al uso excesivo de potencia en una instalación doméstica estándar. Siempre recomendamos un uso racional de los electrodomésticos para evitar estos cortes.
