Perfect for up to 3 people, it has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed, complete air conditioning, high-speed WiFi and Smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and the bathroom is modern and functional. Additionally, the linen includes sheets, towels, crockery and cutlery so that you only worry about enjoying yourself.
The jewel of the accommodation is the community rooftop pool, open from 08:00 to 00:00, where you can relax with impressive views of the Cathedral and the city 🌇. During the Malaga Fair in August, the pool will remain closed for safety. Access outside of hours is sanctioned with 60€.

Facilities excellent, rooftop pool picture perfect & ideal for daily dip - imagine swimming whilst being able to hear town chatter - amazing & rooftop views = spectacular. Overall an incredible location. Right in the heart of old town with easy access to all amenities and then a 20min stroll through the gorgeous streets, shops and restaurants to the picturesque marina and beach.Agent Lućia was extremely helpful and flexible. welcome pack is a lovely touch, just a note, it doesn't contain water so take some for a coffee/tea, the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. There is a fantastic large supermarket up the street where you'll find everything you need. Highly recommend 'hole in the wall' coffee/bakery just along street (left on leaving main entrance opposite side) "best cookies in Spain" & the catamaran Fly Blue 8pm sunset cruise & if hiring bikes go to 'soho bike' for 5* service.

Also turn left on exiting and on the right hand side you will see Brunchit which is incredible for breakfast... take a short walk continuing left to Galletas Artesanales on the right hand side for the best cookies you'll ever have!keep walking a little further to Elumbu for the chorizobeef empanadas. The apartment is stylish, clean and cosy with all of the amenities that you could need. we even found beer in the fridge and self care bathroom kits under the sink. Want to be amongst the beautiful historic buzz of the center? - 2 minuite walk.... beach... 10? The only thing that i will say is that it was reasonably noisy during the night from people walking by due to no double glazing. But that's the price for such a great and beautiful location. Honestly it was incredible, we can thoroughly recommend and would love to go back!

He gave us some great tips about the city and was available by phone if we had any questions. The apartment was very nice and clean and at an excellent location. Very easy to explore all of Malaga by foot from this location. The rooftop terrace is a nice bonus.

The apartment had everything we needed for our four night stay. Being part of the old town based on a narrow street, it was quite atmospheric and had lots of shops and cafes on the doorstep. It was very clean well equipped for 2 adults. Juan and his partner were very welcoming and helpful both in the run up to our stay and during our visit. For a Malaga city break I would recommend you try this place.

A big "plus" and of rarity for the old town is the small but fine rooftop pool and the nearby underground car park (attention! Only for small cars and good drivers thought) The reception by Juan was well organized and friendly. Price - performance ratio is right.

Couple of really nice bars and restaurants are right in front of the door. The street is quite noisy though, it is impossible to sleep with opened window, but this is probably the case of all apartments in city center of Malaga.

Great place, perfect location. Very professional and friendly property owners. If you want to experience Malaga, this is the place to stay. The parking garage is a unique facility in the center of Malaga, so when you rent a car you can park it in 250m from the apartment. But going by train from the airport is also a perfect alternative. Only 10min by train and 10min by foot and you are at your front door.

Juan and his partner were very welcoming and helpful both in the run up to our stay and during our visit. If you want a good bolthole for a Malaga city break that is a bit different, I would recommend you try this place.
