It was one of the best locations I',ve rented, from the entrance to the building, the location is very well maintained, and has absolutely all the necessary facilities, the rooms are small but extremely well furnished, everything excellent. Thank you for 8 wonderful days! I forgot to mention the wonderful view from the terrace of the apartment, especially in the evening from the jacuzzi with a nice drink in hand 10 points

This is a small apartment in a great location, restaurants and pubs nearby. The apartment is well appointed the balcony gets the morning sun and the jacuzzi is fab. Check in/out is self service the instructions were easy to follow. However the office is an 8 min walk to the apartment. Host replies promptly to any questions. The apartment would benefit having a safe and full length mirror. We had a great stay.

A lovely well fitted small modern apartment in a great position, a quiet street just one minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful town of Alhaurin el Grande. Everything you could possibly need is supplied. All for a very reasonable price. We will certainly be back.

The bed was rather hard. We could not get the ceramic hob to heat, instructions should be available.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the first floor of this newly renovated block. As a family of five with young children including a double pram it was a perfect location and had everything we needed inside the rooms and kitchen. The free car park nearby was an added bonus and the refreshments left for us were a lovely touch too. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to book again!

The apartment is in the centre of town, 30 seconds walk to Bar Juan Sanchez. Whilst small it is perfect for a couple. The fixtures and fittings are fairly new and the bathroom and kitchen areas are well fitted out. The large balcony perfect for catching some sun. We had some poor weather but suspect it would get the sun most of the day. The WiFi was quick and reliable. As we are British there was little or no TV we could watch so we took a firestick and this worked a treat. Parking is a challenge with being in the town centre, though there is a public car park a minutes walk away it was fairly busy so we just parked where we could. Would definitely revisit in the future

Perhaps a welcome pack with the basics - would happily pay a few euros to save going to the shops on the first afternoon

Juan helped with arrangements and great communication, was able to advice/tips on the area as from here too.. very friendly and available if needed anything.. Will definitely go again,the apartment ticked every box there was to tick and more besides.Great little find and right in the centre of town.

Casa agradável para duas pessoas (não é muito grande mas é o suficiente). No entanto, falta de alguns utensílios básicos como taças, escorredor de louça, panos e pegas para a comida. Apesar de o jacuzzi ser um must have, durante o verão é pouco útil porque a temperatura dele só reage à temperatura ambiente - o que não permite arrefecer nas horas de maior calor. Os hosters dão pouca informação (nomeadamente o jacuzzi, o toldo e o ar condicionado). No final de contas foi uma experiência positiva, e este comentário serve apenas como uma crítica construtiva. Obrigada.

Einfach traumhaft! Weiß nicht, was ich sonst noch dazu sagen sollte. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und groß genug für max. 2 Personen. Eine unglaubliche Terasse mit Blick auf die Berge, Whirlpool und die Sonne scheint von morgens bis abends den gesamten Tag zentral darauf. Das Penthouse ist privat mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen, keine weiteren Wohnungen auf dem Stockwerk.Einzig negativer Punkt: mir hat eine Grundausstattung gefehlt.Für kommende Gäste habe ich Kaffee, Spülmaschinentabs, Klopapier, Duschgel, Shampoo, Seife, Mülltüten und Waschpulver gekauft.Ansonsten war alles wunderbar.

Apartamento confortable y bonito para dos personas, para tres el sillón es incómodo para dormir. Un sugerencia, cuando el número de huéspedes sea de tres, ya que aumentan el precio por ocupación, deberían dejar ropa de cama y toallas para tres. Nosotros fuimos tres y nos dejaron ropa para dos.

De accomodaties was goed uitgerust. Volledige keukenuitrusting was aanwezig. Koelkast stond zelfs al aan. Er was gelegenheid zelf te wassen. Airco aanwezig en rolluiken.
