Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
Enjoy with your family this 3-bedroom apartment with capacity for 6 people, located on the seventh floor offering beautiful views of the sea and the city. Although not on the beachfront, in a few minutes you will be at the nearby wide beaches, such as Mezquitilla Beach just 500 m away. 🌊
The accommodation, of 85 m² furnished with taste and modern style, features a spacious and bright living-dining room with large glass windows that connect to a 45 m² terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and an awning to protect you from the sun and humidity, turning it into a perfect space to have breakfast or lunch while contemplating the sunrises and the tranquillity of the surroundings. 🌅🍽️
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, facilitating the preparation of all kinds of meals without complications. 🍳☕
The apartment has three bedrooms, all with double beds and wardrobes to store your luggage. One of them has direct access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, ideal for the comfort and privacy of families with children. In addition, there is an additional full bathroom with a bathtub, located in the hallway connecting the bedrooms. 🛏️🛁
Among the amenities, air conditioning with heat pump throughout the apartment and free WiFi stand out so that you are always connected. 📶❄️
The community has very well-maintained and updated facilities, including a community pool with seasonality, whose availability you can consult with the agency. The building has an elevator, a garden with furniture, a fenced plot, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying good weather with family or friends. 🏊♂️🌳🔥
Located in the urban area of Algarrobo, you will be close to the bus station, supermarkets, local restaurants, Baviera golf course (4 km) and water parks such as Aquavelis (7 km). It is also at a reasonable distance from natural and cultural attractions such as the Chillar River, rocky beaches in Maro, and 67 km from Malaga International Airport. 🚍⛳🌄

Cubo's holiday Homes is very comfortable apartment. There are two big supermarkets, many cafes near the house. We were looking at the sunrise when drunk the morning coffee on the terrace. This host doesn't have the private parking, but there are a lot free parking places around house.I would like to make only one remark. In my opinion, the time of check out may be later on hour.I recommend "Cubo's holiday Homes"!
