Disfruta de unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta exclusiva villa situada en una de las mejores urbanizaciones de Málaga, ideal para familias y amantes del confort. Villa Yedra Guadalmar te ofrece una parcela totalmente vallada con muros altos que garantizan tu privacidad, junto a una piscina privada climatizada con jacuzzi y hamacas de alta calidad para que te sientas como un rey 👑. La zona de barbacoa exterior es perfecta para preparar deliciosas comidas al aire libre, mientras vigilas a los niños que juegan cerca.
Esta propiedad cuenta con una ubicación inmejorable: a menos de 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto, la playa y el centro de Málaga. Además, está cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y zonas de ocio como el Parque del Guadalhorce y campos de golf, con fácil acceso al transporte público (parada de autobús a 160 metros).
En el interior, la villa de 215 m² ofrece cinco dormitorios amueblados con buen gusto, luminosos y acogedores, con capacidad para 10 personas. Destacan dos habitaciones especiales: una buhardilla con claraboyas que proporciona una luz única y un escritorio ideal para trabajar o estudiar, y la habitación principal en la segunda planta con televisión propia, sala de estar privada y un amplio baño para relajarte tras un día de excursiones o playa.
El salón es amplio y elegante, con conexión WiFi gratuita y televisión para que disfrutes momentos en familia o de descanso absoluto. La cocina moderna y luminosa está equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar tus comidas, y si necesitas algo más, cuentas con centros comerciales y supermercados a pocos minutos.
La villa está climatizada con caldera de gas para los días más fríos y aire acondicionado en toda la casa, excepto en una habitación en planta baja. La piscina climatizada estará disponible a 28 °C del 1 de octubre al 30 de abril, con un suplemento diario y debe contratarse para toda la estancia.
Para garantizar una convivencia tranquila, la urbanización cuenta con personal de vigilancia que supervisa la seguridad y el respeto entre vecinos, asegurando un ambiente familiar y apacible. Las fiestas y música alta no están permitidas, ideal para quienes buscan descanso y privacidad.

The villa is as per the photos. The pool is around 7 metres at its longest and 4 metres wide. It has a shallow end via steps and reaches around 1.75 metres at the deepest part. The BBQ is charcoal so you'll need to purchase this. Good wifi coverage across the villa. The area is very peaceful and in a residential area. Walkable to the beach which is peaceful. Small bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Take away locations that will deliver via uber eats if necessary. Easy to use as a base. We had cars for ease, but bus routes nearby and taxis regularly seen in use. Total journey time from airport no more than 15 minutes. No other reviews appeared to have mentioned the airplanes -yes they are regular and you can hear them however this did not affect our use of the villa and the outside spaces.

The house itself was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. Lots of outdoor space to sit around and generally very comfortable and well equipped.One issue we encountered was in relation to the swimming pool. We had requested to have the pool heated for the duration of our stay however there was an issue with a leak. On arrival I was told I only had to pay half of the heating amount, we would have to top up the water throughout our stay, but the pool heating would remain on. This however did not work out and by the end of our stay the pool was completely cold. This was extremely disappointing as we had kids in our group and the pool was what they loved the most. Other than that we had a fantastic stay, it was a pity about the pool as it was the only thing that was not perfect.

Amazing time. Beautiful villa with a lovely pool. Bus stop nearby for public transport into Malaga, also the villa is not far from a huge shopping mall with a good choice of restaurants and designer stores. It was pretty easy getting an uber whenever we needed a taxi. Location also meant we were a short car ride away from Toromolinos. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the bbq area was great. We also made use of the bikes provided, which was great. The customer service and information provided by the lovely lady that met us at the start of the holiday was great too. 👍

We stayed in this villa with a group of 8 people. It is very spacious with 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room. The outdoor area is very comfortable and spacious as well including a large pool.The villa is located outside the city center, close to the airport. However, there are many UberBolt taxis available which can take you to the center for about 12€. Beach and supermarket are on walking distance, but there are also two bikes available in the house.

Villa has everything required in it and is a 10 minute walk to a nearby supermarket and 15 minute walk to Aldi’s. The pool was great and the outdoor space in the garden is well utilised plus the BBQ outhouse was fantastic. The area is quiet and peaceful but there are not a lot of barsrestaurants nearby, however, both Malaga city centre and Torremolinos are only a quick taxi ride away and Ubers are available all the time. Enjoyed my stay.

The villa is very nice and is situated in a lovely location. Very spacious and clean with beautiful interiors. There is a wonderful outdoor area where we enjoyed various meals, relaxed on the couch and swam in the pool.The agency allowed us to drop our luggages off prior to the check-in time, which was very helpful. The agency/owner were very kind and would also send us recommendations about the neighborhood and things to do/visit in Malaga.A few things to improve/suggestions:Wifi only works in certain areas of the house. For example, it doesn't work in the outdoor area and on the third floor. Dishwasher tablets were not provided. Only one set of keys is provided (we asked for an extra pair but it was not possible). When you have a group of 8/10 people trying to access the house at different times it can be a bit difficult to manage.There was also a construction site next to the house where they would start working and making noise (jack hammering etc.) from 7am-8am in the morning. That was not ideal if you are trying to relax and have some rest.Either way, the villa is beautiful and comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay there. We highly recommend it and we would love to visit again!
