Villa familiar íntima, con piscina privada y con la ventaja de estar a pocos kilómetros de centros urbanos y redes de carreteras
Si quiere disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la intimidad del campo este alojamiento le dará todo lo que necesita para usted y su familia. Podrá dejar su vehículo dentro del mismo recinto, qué, al estar vallado en todo su perímetro podrá estar tranquilo con sus propiedades y con la seguridad de los más pequeños de la casa.
Como comprobará los exteriores del alojamiento están preparados para su disfrute, ofreciendo distintos espacios como una zona de barbacoa techada, un porche exterior, zona infantil para los más pequeños y una estupenda piscina para que los días más calurosos de verano sean más agradables. Todo estos espacios si lo acompañamos con un mobiliario de exterior acorde a las exigencias actuales de mercado, una iluminación muy medida para que pueda disfrutar las instalaciones por la noche y una intimidad muy alta harán que sus vacaciones sean inolvidables.
El alojamiento se compone de dos plantas en la inferior o planta baja, a su entrada, encontrará el salón comedor junto a la cocina americana, este conjunto de dos espacios le será muy cómodo porque podrá desde descansar y ver la televisión o su serie favorita (gracias a las conexión wifi gratuita que ofrece el alojamiento), almorzar en familia y disfrutar de las reuniones (le recordamos que no están permitidas las fiestas y que el número de ocupantes tiene que ser siempre el contratado. Hacemos check-in con registro a las autoridades pertinentes).
La cocina, equipada con todo lo necesario para que no le cueste preparar ningún almuerzo, es amplia, cómoda y con espacio para que pueda almacenar sus alimentos. Aún así, gracias a la ubicación del alojamiento, tiene los negocios locales de Alhaurín el Grande a pocos minutos en coche para comprar algún "olvido" de última hora.
En esta planta baja también encontrará dos dormitorios con capacidad para cuatro personas, en las que podrá disponer de una cama de matrimonio y dos camas individuales. También dispondrá de un amplio cuarto de baño con plato ducha.
Ni Cubo’s Holiday Homes ni el propietario, pueden hacerse responsables ante posibles restricciones en el suministro de agua y como pudieran afectar a la estancia del viajero, siempre que estas estuvieran decretadas por las autoridades competentes, y fuesen de obligado cumplimiento.
Para mitigar estos posibles inconvenientes durante su estancia, recomendamos considerar contratar un seguro de viaje.
En la planta superior dispone de dos dormitorios, amplios y luminosos, con espacio para guardar su equipe y que pondrán a su disposición una cama de matrimonio y una cama supletoria opcional en el primero de ellos y tres camas indiviaduales en el segundo dormitorio. Este segundo dormitorio tiene acceso a una terraza privada con mobiliario de exterior en el que podrá descansar y tomar el sol. Hemos pasado 10 días para celebrar la Navidad entre amigos. La casa es tal como se ve en las fotos y el exterior maravilloso. Toñi, la propietaria, es encantadora y atenta a cualquier necesidad. Recomiendo vivamente esta propiedad, de hecho, nuestra idea es repetir para poder disfrutar de la estupenda piscina. Un abrazo a Toñi y hasta pronto.

Duży i wygodny dom dla 10 osób, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka, miejsce do grillowania, dodatkowo zewnętrzna łazienka z prysznicem i WC przy basenie, każdy pokój z osobną klimatyzacją. Świetny duży basen, bardzo zadbany. Piękne widoki na góry Andaluzji. Bardzo spokojna i cicha okolica, co pozwalało bawić się dzieciom do późnej nocy w basenie oraz na terenie wilii. Kontakt z gospodarzem wzorcowy - Toni nas ugościła i oprowadziła po domu, przed przyjazdem i w trakcie świetny kontakt, jasne wskazówki co do dojazdu, polecała miejscowe atrakcje, poleciła też świetne miejsce na oczekiwanie na samolot powrotny (wylot dopiero o 19.30 więc musieliśmy gdzieś przeczekać po wymeldowaniu - polecamy Plaza Mayor Malaga). Polecam!

However, the house needs an update, we were missing quite a few things to be able to cook in the kitchen, so we had to go out and buy them. The house is located outside shopping opportunities.
Pool was only checked once during our 11 days in the house. So it needed cleaning/chlorine.
Toni was super helpful when we had questions.

We had a lot of ants outside which we struggled with quite a bit. It would have been nice if you arranged for them to be sprayed - or there was poison that we could spray with.
(we rent out 2 summer houses in Denmark ourselves and spend a lot of time making sure that everything is in order for guests, that there is an updated kitchen, that the houses are clean, sprayed for any insects that might bother the guests)

It is very remote, so getting there isnt easy the first time, but you get the hang of it. Perfect for a larger group that once to be by themselves. Taxi/ubercar to airportmalaga not a problem.

Gorgeous villa - exactly what we expected and more!We met Toni at the Cubo office to pay the deposit but unfortunately the office was closed when we got there. Apart from this, check in was smooth. We followed Toni to the villa and she showed us round. Toni gave us all the information we needed and was on hand to answer any of our questions. She was very accommodating and informative, she even allowed us to check out late due to our later flight which was very much appreciated. The villa is even nicer than it looks on the photos. Everything was clean and tidy and included all the pots, pans, plates you could need. However if you are planning on cooking, you will need to buy your own salt and pepper, oil etc. The location is around 40 minutes drive to Malaga and Torremilinos - a car is needed. During the day the location is very quiet and peaceful, less so during the night when you can hear the sounds of dogs and other animals. Overall it was a fantastic stay for our family!

We had an amazing holiday at Villa Pilar. It was the perfect place for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The accommodation was very private and the views and surrounding scenery were beautiful. If you stay here I would recommend having a car but Alhaurin el Grande was only a 10minute drive in a taxi and there were lots of bars and restaurants. Our Cubos host Toni was very helpful and responded to any questions we had very quickly. She made check in very easy and met us at the property at a time that was suitable for us. I would definitely recommend booking with Cubos and staying at this beautiful villa!

This is our second stay at this villa, this first one was with my partners family and this time was with my family. The villa is just beautiful! Very modern with some lovely views. Toni was a brilliant host who was always available to answer any questions we had. I would recommend anyone who is visiting to have a car as most things are a little drive away but I cannot recommend this villa and Cubos holiday homes enough! 10/10 stay and would definitely come back again.

Enig minpuntje is dat Malaga zelf 40 min rijden is vanuit het huis. Daarom is de drempel iets groter om vaker naar het strand te gaan enz vanwege de afstand

The villa was very clean and modern and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. It is in a rural area so we needed a car but shops and restaurants were only a 10 minute drive away. We were met by Toni when we arrived and couldn't have been made more welcome. We made great use of the pool which was a good size and was cleaned by Toni's papa on a couple of occasions during our stay. Everything was perfect and we are already talking about returning.

Wow! What a place, fantastic villa. Me, my wife, 2 children and mother in law stayed for a week after a 3 day wedding. Toni was great with accommodating and working around us. The Villa was perfect, great space and had everything we needed. The views we’re stunning and the outside walls really added a good bit of privacy. • extremely clean • air con was fantastic • living area space was bigger than it looked on the photos • great smart tv for the children • pool was brilliant All in all 10/10. Don’t hesitate to book, I’ll be booking every year if I can. Thanks to everyone for a brilliant stress free week. Hope to see you again. Ethan Ps, hire a car

We had a nice stay with our children in the villa. Ideal for golfers as the local golf course is very close. Unfortunately the trees in the nearby mountains have burnt last year and our hiking experience was quite disappointing. The house is less spectacular than on the pictures, in particular the living room which is a bit small and hardly decorated and the bathrooms which were not very cosy. There were no ingredients /soap in the house when we arrived so we had to purchase everything for a 2 day stay. The bedrooms are simple but ok, with confortable beds. The swimming pool was great and the garden was nice (NB: the grass is synthetic) for the children but unfortunately, the walls hide the landscape views except from the first floor terrace.

Fantastic pool which we had loads of fun in and the owner cleaned it a couple of times in our 2 week stay. Lots of outside space which is important part of being spain. The only word of caution is you will need to hire a car The location is very rural with no foodsupermarkets in walking distance. I would definitely book this villa again.

The house is new and has some spots of improvement bit these are easy fixes and are only relevant for a winter Stay. I would really recommend it!!
