¡Hola! Somos CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, especializados en alojamientos vacacionales desde 2005.
Ubicada estratégicamente entre Alhaurín el Grande y Alhaurín de la Torre, esta amplia y cuidada casa privada es perfecta para quienes buscan descansar rodeados de naturaleza sin renunciar a la comodidad de tener a pocos minutos todos los servicios de dos grandes ciudades 🚗✨. Gracias a excelentes carreteras comarcales, tendrás fácil acceso a los principales puntos de la provincia de Málaga, desde playas hasta centros históricos y culturales.
Al entrar en Casa El Azahar, te sorprenderán las increíbles vistas panorámicas del Valle del Guadalhorce que podrás disfrutar desde la piscina de agua salada o desde cualquiera de las dos terrazas 🌅🏊♂️. La zona exterior es un verdadero lujo: un amplio espacio alrededor de la piscina y una cocina exterior con plancha de gas para preparar deliciosos almuerzos en compañía. Además, una segunda cocina integrada en una de las alas de la vivienda está equipada para apoyar la zona de barbacoa, con una mesita y butacas para mayor comodidad 🍴🔥.
El interior es igualmente acogedor y funcional. La entrada principal da acceso a un salón comedor amplio y luminoso, mientras que las 5 habitaciones están distribuidas para garantizar privacidad e intimidad entre ellas 🛏️💤. Todas cuentan con aire acondicionado para un descanso óptimo en cualquier época del año. La casa tiene una superficie de 155 m², con capacidad para 10 personas, ideal para familias o grupos grandes.
La cocina americana de gas está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios: nevera, microondas, horno, congelador, lavadora, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor y exprimidor. Además, la parcela está vallada, cuenta con jardín y mobiliario exterior, chimenea para las noches frescas, calefacción bomba de calor y parking al aire libre en el mismo edificio 🚗🌿.
La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de múltiples actividades y atractivos: a solo 15 km de las playas de Torremolinos y Torrequebrada, 100 m del campo de golf Lauro Golf, cerca de supermercados, teatros y parques temáticos como Tivoli World y Aqualand Torremolinos. Para los amantes de la naturaleza, la Sierra de las Nieves y el Embalse del Guadalhorce están a unos 35 km, mientras que la estación AVE María Zambrano y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Málaga están a 22 km y 15 km respectivamente ✈️🏞️.

Hemos estado una semana en Agosto y hemos estado muy agusto, por pedir algo para el futuro y para nuestra “ necesidad “ porque siempre vamos con niños, algo más de zona verde para juego y ocio de ellos, pero estoy seguro de que poco a poco Isabel y su marido lo irán mejorando. 100% Recomendable

Pobyt spełnił przerósł wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Wspaniałe miejsce do zwiedzania Malagi i okolic, jak również do odpoczynku. Wszystko jest na miejscu. W domu panowała nieskazitelna czystość, dom posiada 5 wygodnych sypialni, duży salon, wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia oraz wspaniałe podwórko idealne na wypoczynek. Sady pomarańczy i mandarynek tuż obok są miłym dodatkiem. Właściciel bardzo przyjazny, doskonale udzielał instrukcji, mile powitanie i pożegnanie. Polecam dom w 100%! Na pewno nikt się nie zawiedzie.

L'extérieur est super pour vivre dehors : piscine, 2 cuisines, barbecue, plancha, transat, jeux pour enfant, emplacements pour voiture, etc ...
L'intérieur est quant à lui bien fourni aussi : 2 cuisine, lave vaisselle, clim dans toutes les pièces, machine à laver, salle de bain et toilettes. Propreté impeccable
Concernant la communication, elle est excellente. Avant l'arrivée, toutes les démarches sont expliquées, les dates de prélèvements pour le loyer sont rappelées régulièrement. Bonne prise de contact avec les propriétaires en amont mais aussi sur place. Disponibilité +++ et propriétaire à l'écoute et arrangeant. Génial. Merci Raul !
Concernant la localisation : 30 minutes de Malaga, 40 minutes de Marbella, 1h de plusieurs point de randonnée, 15 minutes d'un supermarché. Il est cependant indispensable d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer et/ou se ravitailler. Environnement de la maison calme.

We had the most relaxing holiday. The family who owned the house were respectful and left us to ourselves. They did the pool twice a week but came very early and were in and out without us noticing. We needed something and it was done immediately. They made our holiday great!!

We had a great family holiday here this week. The house is great and outside space, including pool and outdoor kitchen areas. There was plenty of space for us all (5 adults and 3 kids), having the two kitchens was useful for cooking and fridge space. We ate in the outside for every meal, so the covered areas were great to have. Plus the gas grills are great for a bbq. I was worried about the previous review and showers but they were fine for us, yes you had to adjust the temperature controls a few times but we kept an eye on it when the kids were showering and it was fine.Bring swimming googles for the kids, it’s a salt water swimming pool and it does get to their eyes if they are jumping in a lot like ours did. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool to wash immediately too.Raul the host was super helpful and friendly, he gave us recommendations for local places and was always helpful. Thanks so much!

We spent 7 weeks at the villa and it was everything we had dreamed of…beautiful villa with everything we could need…the location was perfect and only 5 minute drive to Alhaurin el Grande where there was everything one could need…The views from the top balcony were stunning in every direction….Isabel, Raul and family were wonderful hosts and were there when ever we needed help or advice…we thank them all from the bottom of our hearts ….very emotional parting for us….but hope to return next year.

The villa was spotlessly clean throughout. The view was gorgeous to watch any sunrisesunset! A bit chilly to use the pool in late October but still good fun for those who enjoy a swim. So convenient to get to from the airport and good to be out of the main city. Would definitely recommend a car to get around too. Thank you and we would love to return!

We had an amazing 10 days in the house
Good air condition and lots of space.
Near by you have shops and supermarkets so it was convenient.
The beach is 25 minutes away and it was amazing, we personally liked the beach at Fuengirola.
Can’t wait to be back.
And thanks again to Raul and his parents for such a good service.

La prise de possession pourrait être améliorée avec, par exemple, une boite à clé au domicile afin d'éviter de devoir se rendre au bureau de Cubo's (qui n'est pas très loin) et coordonner une heure de rencontre avec la propriétaire. Aussi, il faut poser beaucoup de questions par téléphone. Quand je fais affaire aux USA, je reçois l'information complète et détaillée par courriel la semaine avant mon arrivée. C'est beaucoup plus simple surtout quand on n'est pas sur le même fuseau horaire!

The property was perfect for us, between Malaga and Marbella and it had a lot of facilities for children. The pool was salt water which we weren't expecting however turned out fine...ver más
The property was perfect for us, between Malaga and Marbella and it had a lot of facilities for children. The pool was salt water which we weren't expecting however turned out fine. Any issues we had whilst there were resolved instantly and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful. One minor point was there are lots of stairs just outside most of the bedrooms and having a 2 year old that likes to get up in the night that wasn't ideal but couldn't be helped. The outside cooking and dining facilities were brilliant and the views from the balconies lovely in the evenings. Overall we had a great time as two families with 3 young children aged from 2 to 7 and 4 adults and would happily return to this property.

Neighbourhood had few dogs barking every now and then. Barking still didin’t bother us too much.Overall would recommend this place and hosts!

From start to end we enjoyed a perfect stay in this fully equipped house. We were 10 persons age 2 to 57 years and there was plenty of place for us all. A great pool, playground for the children and several "relax-corners".
There are appr. 3 kilomters to a beatifull town (Alhaurin el Grande) with lots of restaurants, shops etc. 100 meters from the house there is a bus stop for Malaga / Coin.
The owners is very helpful and give good advice. Thanks to Raul and his mother for great service. When we arrived there was cold water, beers etc. in the fridge and even homemade sandwiches and special potato pancakes - so nice.
