Internet wifi exclusiva y porche a media sombra con barbacoa.
Parking exclusivo en el terreno del estudio con entrada propia para los inquilinos.
Consta de un amplio ambiente con cama de matrimonio y detector de humo, cocina de tipo americana y baño con ducha.
Un espacio para experimentar la vida habitual dentro de una finca rural típica de la zona, con cultivo de árboles variados (no se utilizan químicos, pesticidas ni herbicidas).
Está permitida la degustación de los frutos recomendados y de cada estación.
*Importante: El aspecto exterior del terreno, al igual que los frutos de los árboles, varía según la etapa del año respecto a las imágenes de las fotos que fueron realizadas durante el invierno.
Ni Cubo’s Holiday Homes ni el propietario, pueden hacerse responsables ante posibles restricciones en el suministro de agua y como pudieran afectar a la estancia del viajero, siempre que estas estuvieran decretadas por las autoridades competentes, y fuesen de obligado cumplimiento.
Para mitigar estos posibles inconvenientes durante su estancia, recomendamos considerar contratar un seguro de viaje.

Ana y Andrés, los anfitriones, fueron muy atentos todo el tiempo. La ubicación es perfecta si lo que buscas es tranquilidad rodeada de naturaleza, y con el plus que la ciudad está cerca por si necesitas algo. También un punto importante para que esta estancia fuera perfecta, fueron los dos perretes del vecino, Ron y Tequila, que de cuando en cuando venían a saludarnos. Experiencia muy recomendable!!!

Estuvimos 5 días allí, la anfitriona siempre estuvo disponible y muy atenta… respondía rápidamente . El sitio es como en las fotos, apenas para una pareja, tiene lo necesario, ambiente tranquilo, lo único es que la cama no es cómoda para nada, parecía que se iba a caer o a partir con solo sentarte y el colchón ni se diga, no descansamos bien para nada, despertábamos con dolor de espalda. Deberían mejorar eso. Además las cobijas y sabanas tenían mal olor. Así que fuimos a comprar unas para nuestra estadía allí.

Zamknęliśmy klucz w środku i wróciliśmy o północy do domu i nie mieliśmy jak wejść, po jednej wiadomości za 5min był człowiek z zapasowym kluczem :) pościel czysta, miejsce na samochód i najważniejsze spokój i cisza oraz możliwość jedzenia posiłków na tarasie. W środku pełna kuchnia z lodówką, naczyniami i wszyskto co potrzebne. Polecam każdemu kto szuka prywatności wśród natury 🤝

This is the most lovely apartment I have ever stayed in. If you love being in nature and love some quiet alone time, you will love this place. This tiny house is on a beautiful, completely private property. It',s clean and well equipped and we immediately felt so comfortable. It has a wonderful patio and sunbeds, where you can sunbath from late morning until the sun goes down.The hosts are so friendly and very kind. And they generously offered to pick fruits from their trees. Unfortunately we only stayed for 3 nights, if I had known before I would have loved to stay a lot longer.

The cabin is such a charming space especially if you like being with nature. The place was spotless with so many thoughtful touches like the fresh fruit from the trees. Ana blessed us with her homemade Walnut bread which was simply out of this world, we really couldn't have asked for better hosts! Coin is a wonderful town with a fantastic market, everything is so close by so you are in the perfect location. We will definitely be seeing you all in the future, Muchas Gracias!!!”

“The place was gorgeous. The apartment was like the pictures and everything was real. The orange and lemon trees were the whole yard. Hostels Ana and Andres were really nice and friendly, and although there was no common language, we did very well. The apartment is located on a slope, so walking is not necessary unless a car is in use. I myself stayed in the apartment for a month and everything went well. The only minus is that my neighbor's dog stole my sandal that I left outside the door .. :) My heart was left in Coin and this apartment. I will definitely go back one day. ❤️ '“Thank you so much Ana and Andres. It's been two weeks since I got back home but my heart is still at Coin.”

The communication and the check-in worked wonderfully despite the slight language barriers. We were even allowed to check in earlier than stated as we had a fairly early flight. The decor is simple but everything you need for your daily needs is available. The property is slightly secluded but still so central that the city center as well as all shopping facilities are also within easy walking distance. Right next to the house are numerous lemon, orange and other fruit trees, from which you can pick fresh fruits to your heart's content. The bungalow is located behind Andrés house and you enjoy complete privacy. The pool is very well maintained and is available for sole use.

Every morning we had fresh lemons and oranges from the orchard. The host family respected our privacy so we hardly saw them, but were so kind and accommodating at the same time. It really felt like we were staying with friends. They really enhanced our experience. We will definitely come back and stay if we are ever in the area. A perfect place to recuperate and recover, a great way of getting back in touch with nature for a city dweller like myself.
