La casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Es pequeña pero puesta con mucho gusto y es muy cómoda. La barbacoa/plancha del jardín es maravillosa, permite cocinar fuera prácticamente el 100% de las comidas. La piscina es perfecta para 6 personas, hay hamacas para todos y el tobogán del mini parque incluso sirve de tobogán en la piscina para los pekes. Aunque ha hecho mucho calor, dentro de casa no ha habido problema porque cada estancia tiene su máquina independientemente de aire acondicionado. En cuanto a menaje cuenta con todo lo que pudimos necesitar en 15 días que estuvimos.

La puerta trasera de la cocina debería aislar más. Queda una rendija bastante considerable por debajo que podría taparse simplemente con un cepillo de puerta, evitando pérdida de frío y que entren hormigas o insectos

My wife and I spent two weeks in this cosy house with good amenities and a nice setting. Nice to have the pool to cool down. Nearest beaches (Torremolinos) is just 30 minutes drive away. The only downside to this property was the occasional sticking when trying to open the electronic gate. However, we were warned about this. Our meet-and-greet host Susan was very welcoming, warm and friendly. We would certainly consider renting this property again in the future, and would recommend it to family, friends and anyone else who would be interested in holidaying in this part of Spain.

Well where do I start? I have had the pleasure of staying in this property twice and both experiences have been wonderful. The Villa is situated in a quite scenic surrounding. With a local Golf course near by with access to local stores, a petrol station and coffee shops all within a few minutes drive. The location is perfect as you have easy access to many attractions and beaches. The property has a very home from home feel to it. Suitable for children and the more mature traveller. And if this was not enough the owner Juan is such a lovely person so accommodating and helpful you can not ask for anything else.
I would not think twice of booking this place againhighly recommending it to others have had such a great time here. :)

We stayed at the house for 10days with 2 little children and we had perfect holidays. It was a bit tricky to find the place in the dark but the communication with Juan was easy so we managed to check in. The house is a nice place close to Alhaurin el Grande. This is a good spot to start daytrips because your close to Malaga, Marbella and the mountainside, as well. Everything we needed was there and I had some cool singing contests with my children under the "disco shower" with Megastar radio :-) We have only one thing to complain about. There were a lot of barking dogs from neighbours close to the house during nighttime. I have no problems with dogs, but they were barking that much that we felt like sleeping in a dog compound. Sometimes I had dreams of eating dogs in china which helped me through the situation -) Overall it was very nice. So I can recommend the place to 99% (-1% for the barking)

We arrived for a week in the sun and to visit family who live nearby. We had a lovely time at this finca it had everything we needed, was clean and had very comfy beds. It was a relaxing safe and secure place, with a great outside space and a fab barby Our four year old loved the swimming pool and being so private was a bonus too. The beach isn't far and some great ventas along the main road. Juan was attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. If we need to stay near family again we would use this place again. Die Lage war gut, jedoch kam es nachts zu Störungen aufgrund von Hundegebelle.Einziges Manko war, dass einige Steckdosen nicht funktionsfähig waren und die funktionierenden nicht gut aufgeteilt waren.Der Backofen und der Kühlschrank war nicht ausreichend gereinigt.Generell können wir das Haus für gemütlich Stunden und Tage empfehlen.Wir waren zufrieden und glücklich dieses Haus bezogen zu haben und würden definitiv erneut buchen.Vielen Dank

Man ist völlig für sich allein und kann so den Garten nur für sich nutzen. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen, aber das sollte man ja wissen, wenn man sich vorher die Lage anschaut. Trotzdem gut gelegen, um Ausflüge wie Marbella, Malaga, Gibraltar und Granada anzusehen.

It is nice to have airconditioning in most of the rooms. You need a car during your stay there, which you also definitely want to be able to explore the beautiful environment. For large people, the shower and bed are a bit small.

Unfortunately I got Covid the night before I was to leave for Spain to share this house with my friends, so this review is based on the feedback I received from them. The house is charming and lovely inside as per the pictures and the pool was wonderful to come home to after a long walk home each day from the Buddhist festival they were attending in Alhaurin el Grande which is actually closer to the house than where it is actually advertised being near Alhaurin del Torre. This really put a spanner in the works as we had a shuttle bus booked each day to attend the festival from Alhaurin del Torre, so everyone lost money on their shuttle as there was no way to get there as no local bus ever came and no taxi drivers ever came either, often because they could not find the place,. I had asked about the local bus and was assured they came regularly but this was not true. Thus they had to walk in the extreme heatwave temperatures everyday from the house to the festival. So if you are going to stay here you DEFINITELY need a car.There were no cleaning products whatsoever provided and only two rolls of toilet paper for 5 people staying there for a week, so they had to go and buy sponges, disinfectant etc.As anAirbnb host myself this is unheard of and totally irresponsible especially in Covid times! I sent them a note to ask and they said they don't supply cleaning products and no one ever came to clean the house during the week. When one of the party had an accident with the ancient toaster which has no cover on it, it fell over sideways on the bench burning a bit of the laminate. Endless calls were made to Pilar to notify her, but no one ever called back and then we were hit with a bill of over $1600 damages to fix a burn in the ancient laminate bench top. My friend of course took responsibility but it was totally an accident and that toaster that she sent me picture of must be from the 1800'ssomething!. We asked for 3 quotes because the damages cost they were asking was totally outrageous but they refused to communicate. The WIFI did not work on arrival, when they managed to get a taxi to take them into town to buy supplies as there was not even a bottle of water to welcome them, the taxi driver did not know where the supermarket was! All in all, the pool and the rooms were lovely but the rest of the time spent there ended up being a bit of a costly nightmare, but luckily my friends who are peaceful and wonderful people made the best of it despite the difficulties and poor communication.

This Finca is based just outside the town of Alhaurin el Grande 35-40 mins drive inland from Malaga airport. Even though there were a few houses surrounding the Finca it felt like we were completely secluded and safe. When we first entered the property through the electric gates we were amazed at how charming the Finca looked, it was exactly what we imagined. The Finca is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday, the beds were comfy and clean, there was plenty of space and immaculately presented. We loved it here, the kids loved the pool and the play area. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for comfort away from the bustling crowds at the coast. The local town has everything you could need. Restaurants, banks, supermarkets,pharmacy and the Spanish community living there were all very kind to us. We stayed here from the 23rd October until the 2nd November 2014 and we were very lucky to have 9 days of beautiful sunshine with temperatures in the mid 20s. Thank you Juan Cubo for being a perfect host and for letting us share this beautiful home.

Es sind Kleinigkeiten, die fehlen.
Was ich mir auch wünschen würde: ein kleiner Ordner mit Anleitungen (Supermarkt, WLAN, Müll, Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen). Die bekamen wir zwar und die Anleitungen aller Geräte sind zwar vorhanden, aber man musste sich eben selbst drum kümmern.

I would first like to thank Juan for a fantastic stay.
The villa has everything you would need and was spotlessly clean. We arrived there with 2 young children and they both loved the pool, it was not a heated pool but because the weather was so good during our stay it never felt cold.
Location wise was also great, not too far away from any of the major Costa sites. Situated in a very quiet location so a car was a must. The villa was fully enclosed with security gates that worked by remote, meaning the kids could not escape.
It’s about a 20 min drive from the airport and we found a Lidl close by too, which really helped. Overall I was very impressed with the villa and felt it was far better than the rental cost. I think we will look forward to returning in the near future.

Merci pour ce magnifique sejour. Maison parfaite, hygiène parfaite !! Très propre. Un jardinier vient nettoyer la piscine et ramasser vos poubelles. Le top ! Une équipe de nettoyage à la fin du sejour, parfait. Cela permet d'être tranquil la dernière journée. Monsieur a était parfait en qualité de service. Si il y a un problème cela c'est règlé très vite. Je reviendrais l'année prochaine chez vous et je recommande la maison à un ami. Encore Merci beaucoup. A l'année prochaine ! Gracias

I stayed in this holiday home for 7 weeks and it felt like a home. It felt very safe and was very private but not remote. A very good location for the nearby town. The house is well equipped and very comfortable and the garden and pool are lovely and th spool kept really clean and the garden maintained regularly.
Everything worked really well and the Internet is really really good. If there were any little problems the owner fixed them very quickly without any fuss. Juan the owner was very helpful and very cooperative and a nice guy.
The owner lives near as do his parents who were also around if I needed anything .
I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing holiday in the Spanish countryside but with great facilities close by.
There are some great places to eat in and near the town and very good shops for lovely fresh produce .
I,had friends and family staying during the time I was there and they all lovec it too!

We had a very pleasant time at this place with 3 children – beautiful cosy house, well equipped and clean, wonderful view, especially in the morning. It's a good place to make daytrips, because you can easily reach any spot around Malaga.
