Esta encantadora casa rural ofrece un espacio perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad del campo con todas las comodidades. Ubicada cerca del Centro de Meditación Kadampa y de varios campos de golf, también permite explorar los pueblos de Alhaurín de la Torre y Alhaurín el Grande, donde se puede disfrutar de la gastronomía local y el ambiente tradicional andaluz.
La casa cuenta con tres dormitorios (dos con cama de matrimonio y uno con dos individuales), un salón comedor amplio con cocina americana totalmente equipada, internet de alta velocidad y Smart TV. Además, está climatizada con aire acondicionado frío/calor, asegurando confort en cualquier época del año.
El exterior es ideal para el descanso y el ocio, con una piscina privada rodeada de un bonito jardín, hamacas, una cama balinesa y una zona infantil para los más pequeños. También dispone de barbacoa de gas y un porche cubierto para disfrutar de comidas al aire libre.
Con plaza de aparcamiento para dos vehículos, esta casa rural combina serenidad y accesibilidad, ofreciendo el punto de partida ideal para descubrir la naturaleza y las atracciones de la zona

We had a very nice holiday. The pool was great and especially the hanging mat was perfect. Antonio was very friendly and very quick if any problems occurred (Internet did not work an afternoon, but after informing Antonio he solved it right away - and that was the only “problem” at all). Internet was quick enough for streaming so no problems for the teenies.
In total it was very near to perfect.

My family and I chose this place for our holidays. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again. Photos are exactly like the pictures and had everything we could possibly need. The house is impeccable, recently refurbished and nicely decorated. The pool area is ample and our children enjoyed a lot. Well located, easy access, close to amenities but in a quiet area. Antonio was accommodating and available throughout our stay.

We spent 2 weeks staying here during August 2017.

The gated garden makes it a very secure place for kids to play. Pool is great and the house has been decorated to a high standard. Perfect place to wind down, read books and play card games.
A car is required here, to get to Alhaurin de la Torre,just beyond, the picturesque Mijas - up a steep, winding road to the top of the hill, where we spent 34 evenings enjoying the restaurants and the view. There's a Lidl down the hill on the way to Malaga for all food requirements.
Butterfly house in Benalmadena is worth the trip, and the other direction we enjoyed the Botanic gardens to the North of Malaga ( Jaradin Botanico - Historico La Conception ). Further beyond, the caves at Nerja are worth the drive.

We met the host at a nearby golf course - we followed him up to the villa and were nervous - hoping it would be like the photos. When we were outside waiting for the electric gates...ver más
We met the host at a nearby golf course - we followed him up to the villa and were nervous - hoping it would be like the photos. When we were outside waiting for the electric gates to open and reveal an absolutely stunning villa in an idyllic setting we were over the moon. Antonio was a fantastic host, left us to it but was there when we wanted him. Even driving up and letting us follow him to an English bar so we could watch the football!!
Ideally situated 10mins away from supermarkets/nearest towns - 20mins form malaga/the airport - 30 mins to benalmadena and 35mins to Marbella!
These distances are in the car. You WILL need a car whilst you stay here but don't let that put you off. It's absolutely perfect. You can drive out for meals/drinksstock up and sit outside watching the sunset from the 4 poster bed/hammock/outdoor dining area whilst looking out to the stunning hills and scenery.
Could not recommend this place enough.

This is one of the best property we have stayed in via Owners Direct. Our stay was lovely and having Antonio close by was comforting and a peace of mind, although we did not need him at all during our stay as the property was very well equipped and clean. Everything we needed was there. The children loved the pool and the garden. The house layout is simple but well designed, ideal for a relaxing holiday. We have had an absolute blast and will definitely go back again when next in Malaga. Antonio warned us that the TV was not working however this did not matter as the children spent all of the time in the poolthe garden! The only thing you will need to look out for is making sure you have a car. Although the property is well located in land on the A404, you need a car to get around to the beaches, Aqualandhistorical towns. Thank you Antonio for a lovely stay at your property and thank you for the welcoming wine and fresh fruits which kicked off our holiday in style :-)

Wir [2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder] sind gerade von einem wunderschönen 2-wöchigen Urlaub zurückgekehrt. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dieser herrlichen Finka.
Die Entscheidung nicht direkt am Strand Urlaub zu verbringen war definitiv richtig! Wir konnten jede Minute genießen und uns richtig ausruhen und entspannen.
Das Innere der Finka ist sehr süß eingerichtet und makellos sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Als Familie hatte man im Haus alles was man braucht. Ich würde diesen Ort jeden empfehlen der einen friedlichen, ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub in Südspanien mit Malaga und Marbella in nur ca. 25 Autominuten entfernt haben möchte.
Tolles Land, tolle Menschen, super Essen und Sonne, Sonne, Sonne.....
Für uns war es einfach traumhaft und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Auf jeden Fall auch mit Antonio Cubo weiter als Vermieter. Er ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und nett. Es war einfach Perfekt !!!

This has been a brilliant place to stay. We are a family of 5 with three young children, everything you need is at the villa and even some toys for the kids. The pool is great and location is good. Would recommend to Any family. We will definitely return. Half an hour from the coast but recommend having a hire car as ours was essential.

Thank you Antonio for a lovely stay. The villa was spotless, well equipped, modern and very private. The air conditioning in all the rooms was very much appreciated. The pool area and terrace were fantastic and enjoyed the sun until late into the evening.
The Internet connection was great, much to the relief of my 2 boys. We didn't quite figure out the TV but that was no problem as we spent all our time outside.
Only 20 - 30 mins from Malaga airport and situated half way between 2 great towns both with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.
As we arrived late Saturday night Antonio asked if we wanted him to get us any shopping, I sent him a list in advance and it was all there in the villa on our arrival.
A very enjoyable stay, I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay again - thanks Antonio

Située à 05 minutes de ALHAURIN EL GRANDE, et à 30 minutes des plages de TORREMOLINOS, cette maison est idéale pour se reposer en famille.La propriété est entièrement clôturée et dispose d'un portail électrique, permettant aux enfants de pouvoir jouer en sécurité.
Le quartier est très calme, ce qui permet de passer de très bonnes vacances. La piscine est agréable, et le température de l'eau oscille entre 26 et 30 degrés: Un vrai régal.
Coté maison, rien à redire : tout est conforme à la description et aux photos.
Nous avons vraiment passé une très bonne semaine, et nous tenons à remercier le propriétaire M. CUBO, qui est très discret et efficace.
Mention particulière pour la corbeille de fruits frais et la bouteille de vin qui nous attendaient sur la table à notre arrivée.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation la villa Nogal, et nous y reviendrons......

Well located villa - in middle of quiet countryside but only 5mins to nearest town. 30mins to Mijas, coastMalaga airport. Spotlessly clean and well resourced villa. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. Large outdoor area with pool that is large enough for most uses. Remote gait and fencing around which makes it secure enough to allow young children to roam freely. We arrived late on a Saturday night and Antonio contacted us in advance and offered to collect some basic shopping for us (he even refused to let us pay!). Would definitely consider staying here again!
